Pros: Quiet, easy to install, Does exactly what a closed loop all in one solution should
Cons: Not enough hardware. I expected to atleast have the screws to mount a push/pull setup like most do. Nope, only enough hardware to mount one fan.
Overall Review: Took my temps down an almost staggering 50 degree F!
overclocked AMD fx4170 (4.7ghz) with my previous Zalman heatsink (huge!) i idled at 42c, gaming I could almost hit 58c at time! after installing this H60 I am now idling at a comfortable 27c and when I'm full bore in BF4, The highest I've seen was 33c.
Pros: Fast, noticable boost in speeds. Easy to set up and activate, can be formatted and used as a regular SSD in disk management in windows
Cons: Bought thinking it was a regular SSD, but was a cache, but was happy to find out it can be used as a real SSD.
Overall Review: Lost my activation code, sandisk helped me out and sent me a new one within 5 minutes. Great CS!!
Pros: Sleeved cables, sleek black design. A nice amount of connectors
Cons: Nowhere near 575w, I knew this buying it but did not think it'd be so low. Completely shut off when trying to play a game with my HD4870x2.
Overall Review: I suppose it's alright for a day-to-day PC. Although I had a logisys before this that overheated and blew up and caught fire one day for absolutely no reason.
Pros: Great CFM, nice glossy design keeps the dust to a minimum. Price was definitely their selling point for me
Cons: Not "whisper quiet" when running at anything above 1400rpm. Atleast in my experience. The LED's look rather cheezy. Could definitely do without them.
Overall Review: For the price they are great, if they could tone the sound down a bit they would be a fantastic deal.
Pros: Nice layout, packed with features for the money. The click-bios is really intuitive and easy to use. Great for a budget SLI/Crossfire setup. Very impressed with the audio on this, Toslink output for surround which works fantastic. USB 3.0 is nice as well!
Cons: the first board lasted a whole 8 hours and it would no longer post. Never overclocked or anything. Stability was iffy and then it just died. RMA'd it and this new one has been fantastic. Runs my FX4170 great, overclocked to 4.72ghz and its rock solid stable.
Northbridge gets rather hot, I used an old BFG 6600GT fan and attached it to the NB, dropped the temps to almost nothing. I can now rest my finger on it without burning myself.
Overall Review: Wish the top PCI-E 1x slot was a bit higher. I use a PCI-E to IDE adapter for a couple old 500gb HDD's and there is hardly any room between this and my GPU for the IDE cable to fit.
Rear panel does not fit flush to the motherboard no matter what I tried. It bows out when nothing is plugged in, not enough for me to have a fit but just bugged me, OCD I guess.
Pros: Easily overclocked to 4.7ghz with no increase in temp, runs anything I can throw at it with blistering speed. This is my first quad-core AMD product and I love it. Price vs Performance is what this chip is all about.
Cons: Absolutely none!
Pros: Dead silent fan. Keeps my overclocked FX-4170 cool at a nice 32c, max its ever saw was 41c. Very manageable size. No having to worry about your side panel fitting.
Cons: Does not completely cover the whole surface of AM3+ chips, although I have not noticed any adverse cooling effects from this.
Overall Review: My first Zalman product, and I will definitely be buying more. Great product for the money, that's for sure!
Pros: Simple to the point interface, accurate temps. The noise meter is pretty neat. Alarm for high temps. Very long wires and temp prob wires. Easy to manage with a larger case. Fit perfectly in my case and looks really nice! I like that it can display Celsius as well as Fahrenheit.
Cons: It stopped saving my presets so I need to re-calibrate the alarm temps every time I shut down the PC, rather annoying -1 egg for this.
Pros: Easy cable management, very good airflow. Really nice look and great high quality graphics, water cooling ports for hoses in the back of the case. Bottom mount PSU, quick release drive connectors. The red metal mesh looks awesome with a red LED fan behind it.
Cons: I had to modify the fans quite a bit to use the top air openings. the motherboard sits a tad too close to the top of the case and doesn't leave enough room for the fan to fit in there. My remedy was to take a dremel and cut a mounting tab off and then it slid right in. Stock rear fan barely moves any air, definitely replace!
Overall Review: Definitely worth the price. Would not hesitate to recommend this to a friend
