Pros: mostly works

Cons: The issue I have with this is that if you have ssd sata drives , they don't fit because of the space between the pins and the wall behind the pin plug which are too close to the side. I tried to just plug in a cable but the same issue. Now I am going to file down a sata cable and see that works. My IDE drive did not fit because the female power plug is in crooked .

Overall Review: if you only using standard size sata drives it works great
