Pros: Seagate has very good product support

Cons: Drive giving me problems already less then 6 mounts after perched.

Overall Review: I perched this back in Feb 2017. Expecting this drive to last me many years like all my Seagate drives have over the years. Only to have problems less then 6 mounts later. I called Seagate and told them the problem and how it was diagnosed and withen no time at all I have a replacement. As always with such a good company. Any one that complanes about Seagate's customer service is doing something wrong. Just be aware of this particular drive. But then again I might have just gotten a lemon this time.
