Tomato Works Well on V2

Pros: Used Tomato on this router for version 2 and it performs well. Better than dd-wrt on this router.
Cons: none.
Overall Review: Tomato download for WRT-310n V2 ONLY! victek.is-a-geek.com/Repositorios/TomatoRAF/tomato-K26-1.28.9006MIPSR2_RAF-VPN-NOCAT.trx (Rename tomato firmware from trx to bin) Installation tutorial: Use internet explorer. Disable any firewalls, antivirus programs. See the "Flashing - DD-WRT" section to install dd-wrt http://infodepot.wikia.com/wiki/Linksys_WRT310N_v2.0 Then see the "Flashing - Upgrade" section to install tomato mentioned above.

Pros: great interface. plays videos. good price.
Cons: my first one died in a month. the replacement died in a month also. battery was charged then nothing. oh well.
Overall Review: i really liked this player. i hate to move on to a different brand now. but two times is too many. bad luck i guess.
WR941NDv4 clone

Pros: Works with DD-WRT. Cheap
Cons: none.
Overall Review: This is a TP-Link WR941ND v4 clone in dd-wrt database.
Good router, but think about the future

Pros: These things work very well and are reliable. Bought many and put tomato and dd-wrt on all of them.
Cons: They are old by last year's standards. You should futureproof yourself for $20 extra. The asus N-16 does require dd-wrt or tomato. (stock firmware is junk)

1 year 8 months

Pros: Cheap. Broadcom chip, so I can install Tomato firmware. Used Tomato's qos to fix voip problem in a small office, no more dropped calls.
Cons: Failures are due to heat. You need to add a heatsink on processor.
Overall Review: This is a netcore NW618 clone in dd-wrt database.
Use Tomato RAF

Pros: Had this for 7 months with no issues. Tomato works great.
Cons: Add a heatsink, its added protection, but no overheating problems before it added it to this router.
Overall Review: I found Tomato RAF version which adds more features onto Tomato USB. RAF features: Extended Sysinfo, QoS IP/Range BW Limiter, ARP Binding. victek.is-a-geek.com/Repositorios/TomatoRAF/tomato-K26USB-1.28.9006MIPSR2_RAF-VPN-NOCAT.trx
