Nerdiest Glasses Ever.

NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit (For Use With Any 3D Vision Ready Display) Model 942-11431-0007-001
NVIDIA 3D Vision 2 Wireless Glasses Kit (For Use With Any 3D Vision Ready Display) Model 942-11431-0007-001

Pros: - Fits over prescription lenses. - Easy Plug-N-Play Setup, with easy configuration - Shortcut buttons make it easy to fix any issues with games being "off" - Very light. - Bands wrap to the head, even with prescriptions. - Viewing area is pretty good. - Automatic Gamma boost in 3d Mode limits the effect that having half of the image in one eye reduces. Not a con, but I just wish I could configure how much gamma it adds. - All games are supported, but games that specifically design them for 3D are better, but not by much. The automatic rendering of 3D Images in the environment is very crisp. - After convergence/divergence is properly configured in-game, I experienced no headaches, even after 3 hours of wear.

Cons: When the device is in idle mode (2d), after 20 minutes, the left lens will go into 3d/2d flashing to let you know it is going to shut off. Its annoying as hell. There's no "stay on 3d" mode. When browsing 3d Images, it will switch to 2d while loading, then jump back to 3d. No OSD for Convergence settings, which are necessary if you play a game without it being certified by nVidia. It gets annoying when you can't tell if your Convergence is changing, or its a the minimum, except if you take off your glasses and see it. Saving of settings sometimes does not work. When loading a game that has not been certified yet, it has minimum convergence instead of maximum (most games need maximum, or near maximum). Ambient light behind you glares into the lenses.

Overall Review: One thing to note is that it will take about 20-30 minutes to configure, despite how easy it is to configure. The reason being is that every eye is different. Make sure that as soon as you configure the glasses, you enable the "advanced key binds." Some games work better with increased depth, but the divergence settings need to be tweaked. When you tweak the divergence settings, get as close as you can to a 3d Object (in the game), and do not stare directly at the 3D Object (stare at like the UI, which doesn't use 3D). It will cause a "dual image", but when, while tweaking, the image goes to 1 image, lower the divergence a little bit beyond that, and you will have a perfect 3D Image that causes almost no headaches (unless you're photosensitive). Remember, that while in 3D Mode, Gamma lowers by 50% when looking through the lenses, so anything with low gamma (like a Game Security Key) is almost unreadable.

Free Bag is Decent

Everki 13.3" Tempo Ultrabook / MacBook Air Bag / Case Model EKB428
Everki 13.3" Tempo Ultrabook / MacBook Air Bag / Case Model EKB428

Pros: The bag looks good. The strap it comes with feels nice, and the bag is padded well. I really like how the laptop protector comes out, but its still attached to the bag, which means you won't lose this great thing that I always seem to lose with backpacks and such.

Cons: There's no real place for your charger for your laptop; any place you put it makes the bag bulge unnaturally. The hot orange inside makes my eyes cringe a little every time I open it.

Overall Review: I got this because it was free with a package deal. Not exactly worth the price they are asking for if you don't get it that way.

Hardy Construction, Cheap Plastic

EMPIRE Black 360 Degree Rotatable Car Windshield Mount for Sony Xperia Z
EMPIRE Black 360 Degree Rotatable Car Windshield Mount for Sony Xperia Z

Pros: The device holds my smartphone in place extremely well. It doesn't turn or fall, and the suction cup is extremely hardy. It will be a while before it falls down. The device is constructed to hold a phone very tightly, and very securely. While it probably will slide out with a major accident, tapping it didn't change its location inside of the mount.

Cons: Unfortunately, due to the strength of the bar, and the cheapness of the plastic mounting the bar to the plastic holder, I broke the mount from the bar to the turntable plastic. After Gorilla gluing it back, it didn't have too much of an issue. Make sure you bend the bar, and not the plastic piece. One thing to also be aware of is that the bar is a suspension bend bar. It will bounce up and down a couple of millimeters, so if you're expecting to get some solid forward video, get ready to put on some stabilization from your video editing software (YouTube does this automatically somewhat). Also, the bar texture is rough and hurts your hands, so watch out for that. The pad placement is also just high enough that on my Xperia Z1, that its pressing down on the Volume Down button if I press the squeeze in far enough.

Decent Touchscreen PC

SONY Ultrabook VAIO T Series Intel Core i3-3217U 4GB Memory 500GB + 32GB MLC Hybrid(5400rpm Hybrid) HDD Intel HD Graphics 4000 13.3" Touchscreen Windows 8 64-bit SVT13124CXS
SONY Ultrabook VAIO T Series Intel Core i3-3217U 4GB Memory 500GB + 32GB MLC Hybrid(5400rpm Hybrid) HDD Intel HD Graphics 4000 13.3" Touchscreen Windows 8 64-bit SVT13124CXS

Pros: The 10-touch screen is very responsive. I was not missing a single touch the entire time using it. Since Windows 8 was built under the premise that you will have a touchscreen, Windows 8 was moderately enjoyable instead of a severe chore. The weight and size, the rigid lines and everything make it look much more presentable and professional. The frame of the entire piece feels quite solid, instead of some of these laptops that make me feel like I'm going to break it simply by opening the screen. Startup times are quite impressive; I was able to get my games started running within normal startup within 2 minutes. HDMI Output makes things a little bit better when you're looking to output video. Its nice that they included it.

Cons: The touchscreen is setup just like a phone; the actual touch is a few pixels under where you press. This is done generally because you're looking down at a phone, instead of directly straight on. However, with a laptop, they are generally on the same plane as you, meaning that your touches feel off-center. It takes a getting used to, but its something to be wary about, especially if you use a touchscreen phone regularly (like myself). The touch screen also needs to hold itself more rigid. I'm not a violent touch-screener, but even the lightest of touches seems to cause the screen to wobble back and forth, which can get annoying. The screen itself seems to have too much unused space. When I'm used to the Galaxy SII taking up almost all of the real estate of the front, it seems like they just...didn't try too hard to maximize the screen size. The resolution is also something to be disappointed at. Its definitely not a full gaming PC. The keyboard has its unresponsive issues. Keys have to be pressed quite harshly in some cases to get them to register, which I have typed a few passwords and other things incorrectly without noticing, simply because the key clicks, but the key does not register on screen. This has the same problem with the right-mouse button. Its unclear how far to the bottom right one has to press to make it register as a right-mouse button press on the touchpad. Perhaps a line would be nice. Sony, for some odd reason, thought that Page Up and Page Down is a function key, rather than a single-button press and has "Print Screen" and "Pause" as its single-button overlays. These should have been reversed. This thing is missing a separated microphone jack. Only has a single jack for either Microphone, or Speakers, or all-in-one Microphone+Speakers jack. Remember this when you're buying headphones.

Overall Review: Don't fool yourself with Sony's Advertisements... this battery lasts four hours on a full charge with moderate use, and that's about all you're going to get. Also, this thing isn't a gaming PC. Don't buy it if you're looking to get your game on with this laptop; it runs the lowest settings on current gen games DECENTLY, but not the greatest. However, it is great for a tiny side PC, or supplementary PC for things like Table-Top Gaming, and such. The Windows Reader with the Touch Screen makes this PC perfect for PDF Files. Its also a decent word processor. Don't bother with the "gesture controls." Just turn it off when you get it, it doesn't help or hurt the technology behind the laptop.

As advertised

Apple MD057LL/A - 8GB iPod Touch w/ Camera (4th Gen)WHIT
Apple MD057LL/A - 8GB iPod Touch w/ Camera (4th Gen)WHIT

Pros: Works as advertised. Gifted to sister, and she loves it. Great gift idea, if you're willing to shell out the dough. 8gb will store hundreds of hours of music.

Cons: Its an apple product; overpriced. It was on sale when I got it so it was *slightly* worth it. I still can't believe you have to pay $50 to add an extra 8 gb, when you can get that standard on some android devices.

Great Product, Mom Loved it

Pros: My mom loved it. She thought it was beautiful, and it wasn't too expensive!

Cons: Normally expensive. Got it on sale.
