Acer Laptop Aspire Intel Pentium dual-core T2370 (1.73GHz) 2GB Memory 160GB HDD Intel GMA X3100 14.1" Windows Vista Home Premium AS4715-4053

Pros: Good specs at low price. Reasonable speed, memory/HD sizes and nice little wide screen display. Good feel of keyboad. pretty quick tech support through email.

Cons: While connecting to an external display with PC operating on AC adapter, my display flashes with noises. This is pretty annoying especially dipaying pictures. They sent me anoth AC adapter, no change. Tried another external monitor, same noise. The larger the monitor, the worse the noise. Suspect the video chip/card causes the problem. Another noticeble drawback is the wireless connection range. I loose connection at a spot of my house only 40-50 feet away from my wireless router. My two other laptops had no problem at all. It is surprisingly heavy at this small size. Battery life is not as long as you expected for a small notebook.

Good product overall.

Pros: Clear pictures. Adjustable in many ways, like height, tilt, etc., which is the main reason I bought it.

Cons: The swivel of the screen is so stiff that you have to use the other hand to push against the base. Tried to lubricate and loose the screw. No change. Design problem?
