Pros: load the software on windows 7. plug the unit an open usb slot. windows 7 recognizes it. input your ssid and wpa2 info you are connected.

Cons: after 2 months of usage, i noticed poor performance on the drive. after sisandra and online tools. i realized the write back cache was NOT enabled. I tried to re-enabled it but could not. since it was past 30 days RMA was not an option. I tried to report the problem to Toshiba on their website, but there was no way to leave an email, I just gave up. I now have a $100 brick.

Overall Review: Would not buy Toshiba drives again.
