Pros: Runs quiet and cool Super happy with this card.
Cons: none so far
Overall Review: Running a Geforce 250 card dual monitors was running at 59c and this card is running at 30c
Pros: I am using this in a Linux Mint box. It has worked great for my needs I installed Blueman to manage the Bluetooth devices and use this adapter to listen to music through Motorola MOTOROKR S305. The setup worked perfectly
Cons: one minor thing the cap/cover on the dongle came off when I tried to pull it out.
Pros: The head phones sound great and work perfectly. I was able to set them up easily with my HTC Incredible and my Linux Mint box. Able to listen to both in stereo. The head phones are pretty light, I am able to walk into another room with out the connecting breaking up.
Cons: This minor but the head band is not adjustable
Overall Review: I love being wire free : )
Pros: As far as multi-pliers go they are not bad especially for the price I paid. The pliers have a nice feel the tools in the handle are helpful.
Cons: The batteries in the flashlight seemed to be D.O.A. and I would be careful when using the tools because they do not lock in place while in use. But once again considering the price this does not bother me.
Pros: The bag is as described fits well around top tube give some ready access space for the ride. Comes with a rain cover which is tucked away nicely under the bag. The bag does not get in the way when riding overall it is a great little bag.
Cons: if you have a smart phone(I have a HTC Incredible) the " phone holster" might be a little snug. That is the only minor issue i had
Pros: Able to use with Linux in the web interface. It captures decent images does the job I need to works good as wireless cam. It sends images to my FTP server with no problems. I am using Zoneminder with it so I can see the video feed without having to login to the web interface every time. For the price this is a great little Network Camera.
Cons: Motion detection seems to only work if you have the D-link software installed. Wish there would have been a way to activate it on the web interface.
Overall Review: At first I was having some hang ups of the images being sent to my FTP server So I checked passive mode on the FTP setup page. It has ran smooth ever since. Zoneminder should be able to get motion detection working instead of just continuous recording but I have not got that far between work and school.
Pros: I am very happy with the card overall went from a Geforce 7800 to this card there is a noticeable difference. I am using it with Linux and the Nvidia driver has worked great. The few games I do play no longer have any slow downs like I previously experienced. Assault cube runs smoothly in Single Player mode with all 16 bots selected on both teams.
Cons: no fan control under Linux
Overall Review: I removed the stock fan because I have another fan setup that is a bit quieter. I could have lived with the stock fans noise level. The fan speed control did not seem to be implemented yet in the Linux drivers. So the fan ran at 100% and Nvclock does support fan speed control yet either.
Pros: Creates great airflow, it is not silent but not noisy either. It replaced a smaller fan that was louder. For the price you can't beat it.
Pros: This fan replaced an after market graphics card cooling fan. It is quieter than the original and keep the card just a cool. To much fan noise irritates me so this fan was good mix of cooling and quiet. Plus it looks nice!
Pros: I purchased this drive to serve as a backup drive for a clients home PC. It has been running smoothly, with no complaints. It is quiet and reliable and the client is happy.
Pros: I looked at quite a few players before purchasing this one. I had an older Fuze and had a good experience. The Fuze+ covered my wants and price.
* supports Linux
* supports .ogg vorbis
* 16 GB capacity
* has a micro sd expansion slot
I updated to the latest firmware it plays podcast and resume where I left off with no issues. I was glad to see they went to a micro usb connection instead of the old connection.
Cons: They do not have folder view on this player like the old Fuze. Hopefully they would add that soon.
Overall Review: In Linux make sure the tags are in this format “ ID3v2.3 iso-8859-1” I used Easytag. After I corrected a lot of tags that were on the player, the tags were not updated in the player database. The easiest way to update the tags was to delete all files in the root of the player that start with STDB.
If the player had folder navigation and i did not have to do this Kung Fu to get the ID3 tags to read. I would have gave it 5 stars.
Pros: I purchased this to replace my old JVC that the face had burned out in. The one feature that was an want was the 3.5 AUX jack. The AUX has a feature I think is great, you can set it for low, mid or high. My old JVC had one setting which to get it loud enough, it was not clear. With the Clarion AUX input on high the volume at 20 it is plenty loud enough with out distortion. Over all the navigation is simple the unit looks good and the sound quality is nice.
Cons: I did not buy for this feature, but; I am not to impressed with the USB set up. If you use a USB navigation is bit clunky, it would have been nice if it had a folder view like say " /A/ACDC/01 Hells Bells" . So if you have a usb drive with a few albums on it that would be okay. Using my 16GB Sansa player this way is silly I have no idea what folders it is navigating to. The ipod mode was a little better than the mass storage device mode. I will just stick with 3.5 jack for my Sansa
Pros: Easy install Windows 7 recognized the drive straight away. The wife was up and burning data DVD's in no time with no issues.
Overall Review: Great Drive especially for the price
Pros: Noticeable difference going from a 7200 HDD to this SSD.The boot time is much quicker. More than half my boot time is the BIOS, from GRUB to login it flys. I am running Linux Mint 10 using this drive for my boot and root partitions keeping my home partition on a HDD . My system feels snappier over all, I am happy with the setup. The 3.5 adapter that came with the drive made the install clean, it was a good touch by A-DATA.
Overall Review: I really only needed a 16GB drive but the price of this drive between the cheapest 16GB was a few bucks difference. So getting this drive seemed like a no brainer. This is the third product I have purchased from A-DATA and so far they have all been reliable products.
Pros: Excellent product has worked with Linux have not had the quality issues others have had.

Cons: Read Other thoughts below
Overall Review: I used it intially with Ubuntu 9.04 kernel 2.6.28-11 and Arch Linux both recognized the Dongle, using the rt2870sta module with wpa2. Recently I installed Mint 9 kernel 2.6.32-25-generic and wpa2 did not work with this dongle. wpa and wep were fine but no wpa2. The solution was to install "linux-backports-modules-compat-wireless-2.6.34-2.6.32-25-generic" after that wpa2 was back up and running perfect.
Pros: was an excellent upgrade
Pros: I purchased this PSU for two reasons one hoping it ran cooler than the PSU it was replacing. It does run much cooler and is pretty quiet, the running temperature of my motherboard is cooler. Second reason was it was modular, it was worth it.
Overall Review: I was happy with the price before the rebate, so the rebate is a bonus. The rebate process has been good so far they have kept me updated at every point. I received my approval yesterday. They said it will be 8-10 weeks to receive the rebate. That is fine but if you are in a rush to get your rebate that is something to consider.
Pros: Excellent drive have been very happy with it as a replacement drive. It is quiet does not run to hot in my laptop. The price was so close to my previous drive that upgrading to twice the drive and 7200 RPM only made sense.
Overall Review: Was an excellent replacement for a failing 160 WD drive, was a little concerned replacing a WD drive with the same company. I have not seen any problems from this drive as I did with the 160 GB drive. The 160 GB must have just been faulty from the start, (Acer did replace it ) I would by another Western Digital drive again.
Pros: When I received the cooler I was a little concerned since the contact surface of the cooler was smaller than my processor. That has not been a problem the cooler keeps my AMD Quad-Core Black Edition Processor at about 43 C on average. I attached the adapter clips to the cooler before setting the cooler. This made it easier since the space was tight I was working with.
Overall Review: is a little louder than expected, and if you are working with limited space it could be a concern.
Pros: This quad core processor really improved my experience. I have the option to OC but so far using Mint 9 I have seen no reason to. I have seen no lag when running multiple processes. The CPU runs at about 43 C on average, using a ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro, which does a good job just takes up a bit of space.
Pros: Everything works with Linux straight away, web cam, video driver, wireless drivers. Was able to set up a dual boot with Windows 7 fairly easy. Coming from a asus eeepc 900a, I found the acer to be a good place between smaller netbooks and laptops. Using Ubuntu 9.10 perfectly.
Cons: comes with a boat load of stickers on it, the plastic protective coating on the lid left adhesive behind when I took it of was able to the adhesive off . Other those minor annoyances,nothing else to mention.
Pros: It is supported under recent Linux kernels. I use Ubuntu 9.04 and Arch Linux both recognized the Dongle. It uses the rt2870sta module "driver" a ralink chipset . Open the network manager pick a wireless connection and that was it. I use it as the main connection for a work station and the connection speeds are great. It designed to be able to squeeze in with many other usb connections. I would recommend this to anyone it excellent product
Cons: none to date
Overall Review: Wish I would have bought 3 while they were on sale:( They are worth every penny
Pros: Worked perfect with my Asus eee 900a, price was great.
Pros: Excellent deal made a huge difference in the performance of my Asus eee 900a. Was just looking for more SSD space and it seemed to get a performance boost as well. Unfortunately I did bench test the original SSD against this one to be able to say for sure. I have been happy with it running Linux/GNU.
Pros: Key board work great straight out of the box. All of the multimedia keys worked without any setup with Linux/ Ubuntu 9.04. Was not sure if I would like the laptop style keys, but; I have grown to really dig them and the slim profile. Would recommend for anyone who want a none OEM keyboard at a cheap price.
Cons: Wish it did not have the orange strip on the side, but; was not even close to being a deal breaker. Could just take a black sharpe to them and it would be fixed
Overall Review: good price, good deal, liked the free shipping from Newegg happy again with my purchase from Newegg!
