World's Smallest Performance ATX Power Supply4/28/2021 5:26:25 PM

Pros: (1) 130mm = length of SFX-L PSU = space saver for PC builds (2) Great electricity quality = less than +/- 1% voltage regulation (better than EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G5) (3) 10 years warranty = great quality build & good reputable OEM manufacture (4) More safety features than other PSUs = more protections for PC components (5) Ultra-quiet fan sounds: the quietest PSU for me *More details about Leadex V Pro PSU review are in the overall review section*

Cons: There are no major Cons about this SuperFlower Leadex V Pro 1000W, but there is a minor issue: there are no custom cables for Direct PSU cable replacements in the market yet. But you can buy any custom Extension cables to get the color you want. All custom Extension cables are universal for any PSU. SuperFlower also told me they will release SFX-type short cables to support customers for SFF build. (I like the manufacturers who listen to their customers)

Overall Review: To fit two radiators and a D5 pump into such a small space for maximum cooling and hardware performance, the PSU spacing requirement is critical. I have considered choosing SFX PSU, but ATX PSU can provide better electricity than SFX. SuperFlower Leadex V Pro is a premium PSU and can achieve less than +/- 1% voltage regulation (more stable electricity), and the top-end SFX PSU (Silverstone SX1000 Platinum) can only achieve +/- 3% voltage regulation. (Note: 80 plus rate = energy efficiency rate ONLY. It does not mean better electricity quality). Comparing to Silverstone SX1000 SFX-L, Leadex V Pro 1000W with the same PSU length can provide much better electricity quality, longer warranty, more safety features, and ultra-quiet fan sounds. For ATX performance comparison, Leadex V Pro 1000W is better than EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G5.
