GIGABYTE GA-EG45M-UD2H LGA 775 Intel G45 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-EG45M-UD2H LGA 775 Intel G45 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

Pros: PCIE X16 2.0, runs all 775 Cpu's without Bios update, 4 slots for memory, room for large heatsink, runs "very" cool , and it's a Micro.

Cons: Price. Second last comment on Audio HD plug placement.

Overall Review: The performance of this board rivals that of my EP45-UD3R 1.1. Bios and driver updates so easy I can do it. Q6600, GTS 250, 4Gig Corsair 8500, RE3 WD 1TB, PC P&C 500W in a Cooler Master 341. Tweaked to 3.0ghz@8x375 with memory@5-5-5-15@1066 24/7 all stress tests, cpu idle temp 20 and max 49. Board temp 23.

Pros: Notebook recognized and installed at rated on power up. Passed 48 Hrs latest Memtest.

Cons: None

Overall Review: Installed two of these kits on new Precision M4600 without a hitch. Very good computer, but Dell wanted $1760 for 32GB upgrade, same speed. Newegg is your friend.
