Pros: Sounds like a great solution if you can get it to work on your operating system.

Cons: Linksys offers horrible driver support for their products. I can not install this on Windows XP Pro x64 or Server 2003. If you plan on using on a 64bit computer or any operating system that is not plain xp or 2000 do not buy this product. Support is horrible, all they do is apoligize for a eighty dollar paper weight.

Overall Review: For a company that is a division of cisco such behavior is unexecptable. They should offer a wider range of driver support and not push products out so fast without proper compatibility and forget about the lines when done so.
