This is the best printer I've ever owned
Pros: Fast, easy on the toner, quiet and easy to connect.
Cons: No problems, never had a jam in over 6,000 prints, copies, scans or faxes.
Overall Review: I would recommend this printer over any other brand. As far as support is concerned, whenever I have questions about the printer, I state it in an e-mail to Canon and always receive responses within a day and their answers have always been precise!
750 GB Free Agent Pro
Pros: Large external drive for the money, $180 is hard to beat. Nice to have a Firewire, USB and Sata drive.
Cons: Hot hot hot. The temperature of the case runs from 115 to 120 degrees F. The bottom screw is 140 to 160 degrees F. Measured with a laser temp gauge after calibration. Take care if you have kids, it definitely will cause a burn.
Overall Review: To those with SATA hook-up problems; get a SATA to E-SATA cable and run it from your motherboard to the drive. At start up, change the config in setup to add the drive. Mine now runs as fast as my C-drive, 190 mbs, it was 35 mbs.
Canon printer from Adorama, revision. 5 stars to Newegg and Adorama
Pros: Newegg and Adorama came through with flying colors.
Cons: None!
Rosewill SATA card
Pros: Easy install on Dell i630 Win 7 64 bit. Includes SATA cables. I knew about the fact that only 4 ports work at the same time. Easy to figure position on switches using the instruction book.
Cons: For some reason I wasn't able to get the SATA from my Seagate Free Agent Pro or WD My Book Home Addition to be recognized. I have an old Seagate SATA 300GB that works just fine. Any ideas on the first two?
Overall Review: I bought this from Newegg, as always delivery right on time!
Incomplete order
This is what I sent to Adorama, they said they can't find the cartridges in their warehouse. "I would like to return these two printers because your ad shows a picture of the Image Class LBP151dw along with the Canon 137 cartridge with the 2,400 page reserve included. All I received were the two Image Class LBP151dw printers, no pictured Canon 137 cartridge! The alternative, would be for you to send me two Canon 137 2,400 yield cartridges as your ad shows, I would then keep the printers."
