Pros: I wish I could take all my books and put them on one or two of these.
Same goes for my CD's.
All kidding aside, I've got maybe 50 movies on one now, mostly old B&W films, some from archive.org.
It's great for getting upstairs and seeing an old movie.
Cons: Once in a while one of these goes bad, and since this one sports a LIFETIME GUARANTEE (this Team Group 128GB C186 is my first, and so-far, so good, I can't say I've taken this to the bank.
However, I did send back another brand to newegg and got a replacement 36GB of that type no problem.
Overall Review: I'm an older user, so the fact that I can have so much on such an easily transportable storage device is still very awesome to me, like having humans in "outer space" right now.
I only wish we knew how to be better to each other on earth. But that's not a FLASH DRIVE issue.
Pros: Going to use for old mac as mp3 player... I'm old school and have dozens of collections of my own hand-picked music.
This cable gets your music out and across the room (or alot of it) to the (again old-school) solid state amp on my home theatre system.
Cons: None. Well made hardware at the best pice you can find.
Overall Review: Another solid purchase from newegg.
Pros: I haven't used the product much, but works as I expected.
Cons: Because it's an older hardware/software item, I understand that it might not be current in supplying a CD-R of software. However, the product should then be listed as such. As it stands now, the product was as "NEW" imcomplete. If I was supposed to get the CD-R discs, I didn't. However, the unit as it is pictured above, is complete and ready to use when the current version of Audacity (I'm thinking 1.2.5 is ready to use on your system/computer.
Pros: I use it often over a Logitech Solar keyboard in dark room, and it's very good and soft, and keeps working as long as I need. That alone, makes it a great deal at newegg price. Also use it with wall plug at a soft for extra reading light. I move it back and forth as neeeded. I also like the great design. Very classy and well-built. A steal at the price.
Overall Review: Yes, it's classy, inexpensive and could last for years since I use it typically a couple of hours at a time, and then put it back easily by the sofa attached to the power cord.
I'll probably get another one for a guest room to use as a desk light, since it is small and looks good in any modern decor.
Pros: I have two Sony's, and now 2 Sansas, one CLIPP and one of the earlier Fuze. I think I like the Sansa's better, even if they are a little chunkier. The clipp I use in bed to listen as I go to sleep. I have it auto-off in 1 hr. Nice. The Fuze is at work. Also has Ogg Vorbis and FLAC capability, big deal for the hi-enders.
Cons: Some say refurb, you're on your own. True, but I've had good experience, and you can't get a 4 or 8 GB iTunes vehicle for these prices. Even if I use Macs, I'm into cheap Mp3. Other than that, the CLIPP is no graphics
Overall Review: Best deal – not shoddy like COBY and the other no-names.
Pros: Hey, this drive is working fine for me, and can't let a bad apple spoil the whole barrel of folks looking for big backup or archive service. It's a small format, quiet and ready-to-go, INEXPENSIVE External HD, and 2 TB is a huge amount of space for under $100.
I don't regret buying it at all, and am thinking of getting another one when needed.
Cons: No cons for me, I use it off an external powerstrip, and keep it off until I switch it on, do my backup and then take it off the desktop again. That way, it's only on when I'm working with it.
Overall Review: Did I say, 2TB for under $100. Think about that, ddl fans.
