Great Switch
Pros: I bought this switch because we were sick of daisy chaining 4 port routers for our lan parties. My friend saw it and bought it from me before he headed back to college. He still uses it a year later (despite them having access to more expensive switches)
Cons: It uses a dc adapter type power connector. I've grown spoiled by the bigger switches that use pc power cables. Works perfectly though.
Overall Review: Probably the biggest and most affordable switch you will find without digging through corporate demolition sites.
Works Fine
Pros: Easy install. Everything worked as expected
Cons: none
Perfect for aplication
Pros: Keeps server cpu cold.
Cons: It's loud. It is supposed to be. It is a tiny fan that moves a ton of air. that is the trade off. It's not a con. You should just know.
Best Wireless Router
Pros: This works out of the box for simple applications. It provides an excellent administration interface. It provides a ton of options and anyone that finds it too complicated may not be qualified to be setting up a network.
Cons: No wall mounting holes. (I just taped mine to the wall with tape..) This is so minimal that it is barely worth noting.
Overall Review: Can bridge wireless networks, can be used as a router, or can just serve as a 4port/wireless switch. I have one and I let my friend borrow the other. (We are not convinced that the reset button works)
