Pros: Installed in my Dell XPS M1330 to replace the 120Gb 5400 rpm drive. you can notice the difference right away. Vista Home Premium now boots up about 30% faster than the last drive. Install was a snap using Acronis Migrate Easy to clone the old drive. Vista score went up from 4.9 to 5.2

Cons: None.

Overall Review: I don't know why some other reviews said this drive gets hot. The temperature is NORMAL, no over heating at all. This drive is amazingly quiet. Strongly recommended.

Pros: Great deal for the money. Lots of features especially SLI which rocks with two Gigabyte NVIDIA 6600 cards. Very stable and easy to use.

Cons: Some of the supplied drivers are buggy especially the NVIDIA SATA 150. It replaces the Windows XP driver causing the system to crash. Had to reinstall everything to recover. The seconded time I kept the Windows drivers and then it worked fine.

Comments: Excellent product, no dead pixels. Very hard to find a 17" LCd with 500:1 contrast ratio, DVI, Built-in AC adapter, 3 years warranty and for this great price. Newegg is always great with service and delivery.
