Pros: Unlike most other PS/2-USB adapters I've tried, this one works perfectly with my IBM Model M keyboard (pt. #82G23H3, manuf. 1994). They draw between 10 to 100 times more power than a typical 'board, so if the Model M works with this adapter it stands to reason that just about any PS/2 device will as well. It hasn't locked up on me thus far in about a week of consistent use, and there are no repeating key or keycode glitches of any kind. Tested under Ubuntu 8.10. I don't know how well the mouse port functions as I don't have a PS/2 mouse to hook up to it.
Cons: None so far.
