Excellent - Adjustable power down setting

Pros: Price, small form factor, quiet, Excellent speed. HDtach reported about 98MB/s which is great for an external spinning hard drive (of course an SSD would get higher scores). 18" USB 3.0 cable. Power saving mode is adjustable -- see other thoughts.
Cons: USB 3.0 connection on the drive doesn't hold as tight as I would like, but I have not had a problem with it disconnecting.
Overall Review: The auto spin-down timeout is adjustable through the included Samsung drive manager software. I really like this option because I find the auto spin down to be annoying sometimes. I changed mine from the default 5 minutes to 30 minutes. The setting is persistent from computer to computer so you only need to change it once. Very Nice!!
Noisy Fan

Pros: Cheap price, strong +12V line, a good value when you get the rebate.
Cons: Dissappointed in the fan. One of the noisiest I have heard in a power supply in a long time. The fan makes a mechanical clicking sound, it seems this is a cheaper fan than in the Corsair CS series. Those fans are virtually silent.
Overall Review: For a normal PC user the noise might not be bothersome, however I would hesitate using this in an HTPC or other application where you want a silent PC.
Not Silent

Pros: Quiet, but not silent
Cons: There is clickety clickety motor noise.
Overall Review: OK if you need a cheap fan that doesn't push much air.
Good Value, not quite silent fan

Pros: Looks nice, good cables, A Very good value if you get it with the rebate.
Cons: The fan is not exactly silent. There is a clicking mechanical noise coming from the motor. It's louder than the noise of the air flowing through the blades on low rpms. It's not terribly loud and would probably not notice it in a gaming rig, but I would hesitate using this in a HTPC because the noise might get annoying.
Overall Review: Comparing this to other power supplys I have used, for instance the Corsair CS430, which has one of the quietest fans I have ever heard in a PSU.
Excellent PSU on a budget

Pros: Great price with rebate. It generates almost no heat and the fan is just about the quietest I have ever heard on any power supply.
Cons: I didn't really need this to be modular since I ended up using all of the cables anyway. it would be great if Corsair would make one just like this that is not modular and sell it even cheaper.
Overall Review: I have this in an HTPC and it is powering an overclocked Xeon dual core processor and an EVGA FTW 750 TI video card. The rebate came relatively quickly.
Quiet - excellent budget fan

Pros: Very quiet - no distinguishable mechanical / motor / bearing noise.
Cons: Very slight impeller noise when run at full speed.
Overall Review: I have tested many fans and I would say this fan easily outperforms many fans costing a lot more. It beats the Cooler Master R4-S2S-124K-GP hands down for performance/noise. The Cooler Master had significant motor noise.
