I got what I was expecting, what I was hoping for.

Pros: Quality good. Passed exhaustive testing with Microsoft memory tests + Memtest memory tests. Relatively easy to install in Acer Aspire Laptop
Cons: Shipping tracking was sub-optimal. I had very little idea when it would actually turn up on my front porch, and it was largely a matter of luck (50/50 chance) that I got to it before one of the porch thief horde got it.
Overall Review: Satisfied. It's working as it's supposed to without problems.
Lousy cheapo product

Pros: None
Cons: Ultra cheapo construction. It was defective and I returned it for refund, but not before it caused me hours of frustration, aggravation and grief. I bought it to use with an SSD, which I bought at the same time to replace the worn out HDD in my laptop. When I plugged the SSD into the laptop using the Rosewill cable, Windows gave a message saying it couldn't recognize the device. I thought the new SSD was the problem, so I returned it and received a replacement SSD. I got the same message again when I plugged the replacement SSD in. So now I'm thinking either there's something wrong with the laptop or the Rosewill cable is defective. So then, I hit on the idea that maybe I could disassemble a Seagate external hard drive I have and use the cable from that. This worked and everything went fine from there on. This Rosewill cable turned a 3 hr job into a 3 week job. Rosewill trash represents everything I've come to expect from anything that has the label "Made in China" on it.
Overall Review: I would recommend that anyone else avoid this product and any other Rosewill product like the plague, regardless of price.

Good
Seal on Item container was broken, parts were missing, and the main item (SSD) was defective, but all was replaced with a complete, non-defective item, with no return shipping or restocking charge. Took about 1 week.
