Pros: I have to say that Grace Technology is a wonderful supplier. The Dell Optiplex 7010 initially worked well for a few weeks. It developed an issue of freezing after it warmed up. Grace Technology was very prompt in helping me to resolve, but in the end they shipped another identical unit along with a return label. I will go out of my way to buy from Grace Technology in the future.
