Pros: Very fast, easy to install.

Cons: The one I received worked great, for about a week. Then I started intermittently getting Blue Screens, immediately followed by being unable to boot. The BIOS would not detect the drive until another shutdown, completely removing all power sources, reseating the drive (which is obscured by a video card, so that needs replaced each time) and then it would usually be resolved for another day or two. I am still waiting to hear from either the seller or newegg about what they are planning on doing about this. Temporarily replacing this drive with another one for a week resulted in zero issues.

Overall Review: It is a nice drive when it works, but hopefully you don't get a defective one.
