Pros: Solid rails, quick attach, sweet.

Cons: SuperMicro's site details this as the only compatible rail set on some of their chassis, however the short rack version will not fit a lot of standard 19" racks, you want this item: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=0S9-00S2-00005 I have no clue why SuperMicro's site does not detail these other rails as compatible.
