Intel Core i3 9th Gen - Core i3-9100F Coffee Lake 4-Core 3.6 GHz (4.2 GHz Turbo) LGA 1151 (300 Series) 65W BX80684i39100F Desktop Processor Without Graphics

Pros: Inexpensive. Stable across all 4 cores. Great for light to medium gaming and still run videos in a browser without stutter on separate screen. Temps usually stay under 50 C degrees.

Cons: None for pricing.

Overall Review: Great upgrade after 5 years with AMD 6300 and old AM3+ motherboard. Matched with MSI Tomahawk Z390 motherboard and G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2400 (PC4 19200) Still using old MSI GeForce 730 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card. Works like a charm!

Right choice

Rosewill RCDC-14010 - 6-Foot White DisplayPort to HDMI 28AWG Cable - Male to Male
Rosewill RCDC-14010 - 6-Foot White DisplayPort to HDMI 28AWG Cable - Male to Male

Pros: This cable was the right choice. The cable is thicker and the connector are well made. Overall, this item looks and feels quality made. The cable it’s self is a little stiff but given the thickens and quality, I would imagine the cable is well shielded or insulated. I would definitely buy another one if I needed to add another monitor. I would even purchase another cable with different connector applications, if I needed to replace an existing older cable.

Cons: Could not find different color option.

Overall Review: Great price and quality. Highly recommend!

Good value

Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS500G3X0C
Western Digital WD BLACK SN750 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 64-layer 3D NAND Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS500G3X0C

Pros: Compared to pricing of SSD’s, this was comparable or better valued when I purchased on sale. This was my first upgraded storage since getting my MSI Z390 Tomahawk motherboard. This was also my first M.2 storage, I like the space efficiency.

Cons: While I know capacity tolerance varies from manufacturer to manufacturer, my new formatted, unpartitioned storage only read 465 GB (prior to OS installation). While I didn’t check the manufacturers page, the specs and data posted about the item doesn’t list +\- tolerance on total capacity. For my device the tolerance was -7%. Think about that when purchasing any storage device. Imaging buying any other product with similar percentages missing.

Overall Review: Overall, I am satisfied. The item looks quality built. The handling area Is sufficient for installation, without touching critical components. I would consider buying again for same price.

Value, Performance, Compatability Ease

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card 100355L
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7850 2GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 Video Card 100355L

Pros: Didn't have to mess with Bios. Standard and easy driver. Smooth scrolling throughout many games. The other reviews are pretty accurate about performance. Confirm 7.9 on windows experience index, it boosted other component rating too. YES, works great with PCI Express 2.0 x16 I have an ASUS M5A78L-M LX3 Motherboard.

Cons: none that show.

Overall Review: Ordered Sunday (non shipping day). Paid for 3 day shipping. Received mid Tuesday. FAST SHIPPING! Thanks Newegg! Manufacturer recommendations suggest 500W power supply. I have a 460W with 2 hard drives and Blu Ray player, no sound card (on board). Video Card works Fine! Large video card, typical though. Fans are fairly quiet.
