Perfect for Dell 531s
Pros: - Fantastic option for a Dell Inspiron 531s. I can run Fallout 3 on Medium Settings with 40fps, Team Fortress 2 Maxed out 60fps, Age of Empires 3 Maxed out 40 fps, etc. - Very quiet, extremely easy install, comes with low-profile bracket attached. - Amazing price to performance ratio. I would say this is equivalent to a 8600 GT, which is by no means a bad card. Plays any new-ish game on Medium - High settings with a playable framerate.
Cons: - Gets hot. I've seen it climb to the 80 degree mark when gaming, of course I have a slim PC so that might not be helping.
Overall Review: I tried overclocking it, it managed to go from 600mhz to 760mhz no problem, but my PSU couldn't handle it so I had to lower it. I cannot recommend this card enough to users with a small-form factor, low PSU wattage PC. This card is MEANT for upgrading Dells. Specs: 2GB DDR2 RAM Athlon 64x2 4000+ 2.11ghz Dual Core Processor 250w Generic Dell PSU Upgraded from a Nvidia GeForce 8300 GS.
Excellent Budget Card
Pros: As of Fall 2011, this is the best "budget" card you can get. There is no better price-to-performance ratio. It's quiet and not too large. Comes with a free copy of Dirt 3.
Cons: To activate the copy of Dirt 3 you need to go through a tedious process of photographing your code and uploading it to their website. I couldn't be bothered.
Overall Review: You're probably most interested in benchmarks, yeah? Well, here's my other specs: i3 2100 3.1ghz dual core 4GB RAM Windows 7 64-bit 530w PSU I've maxed every game I've played so far on Ultra settings with 60fps -except- Crysis and The Witcher 2. These games include: Team Fortress 2, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Battlefield 3, StarCraft II, World of Warcraft, Warhammer 40k: Space Marine and many other recent titles. Crysis runs at about 40fps on Ultra, and The Witcher runs at about 30fps.
World's Greatest Mouse
Pros: This is the best general-purpose mouse at this price. It's comfortable, precise and durable. Everybody from Grandma to pro Quake gamers swear by this device.
Cons: It doesn't print money.
