Best Tablet Under $400 you can buy

HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32GB 1GB Memory 9.7" 1024 x 768 Tablet - Black HP webOS 3.0
HP TouchPad Wi-Fi 32GB 1GB Memory 9.7" 1024 x 768 Tablet - Black HP webOS 3.0

Pros: Quality, Specs, Price, Value when Android is Installed

Cons: Value with Just WebOS Installed, Lack of apps for WebOS

Overall Review: Great Tablet when Android 4.0.3 is installed which is very simple to do! WebOS By itself is unsupported by many, hardly any apps, many of the apps that do exist don't work in Tablet Mode! With Android Installed this tablet has full hardware acceleration, has Android Market and is just as good as your Galaxy Tabs! So if your willing to Tinker with it you can make into a great tablet for much less then anything else with comparable specs, if your not then you may look elsewhere...

Most Critical Review

Decent Case, But Beware!

APEVIA Black / Silver SECC Steel / Aluminum X-MASTER-AL/500 ATX Media Center / HTPC Case
APEVIA Black / Silver SECC Steel / Aluminum X-MASTER-AL/500 ATX Media Center / HTPC Case

Pros: Price When I Get My Rebate Check, Fits Both ATX and Micro ATX Motherboards, Pretty Decent Cooling for a HTPX Case With Places For Two 120MM or 92MM Fans, Includes Two 60MM Fans

Cons: Hard Drive Mounting, Lack Of 3 1/2 Bays, Power Supply Setup, Apevia Says a 8800GTS Will Fit and it won't

Overall Review: Very Nice Case But Take Your Time! Case has great finish but a little be for a HTPC. A ATX motherboard fits but be careful on your choice of Video card, MOST Video cards that require 2 Slots WILL NOT FIT, Also get your own PSU

Pros: Cheap, Runs Cool, Good Overclocking, Works on 1st Gen LGA775 Systems all the way up to the Intel G31 Chipset

Cons: This Processor is Pretty Outdated by current specs

Overall Review: This Processor is a great upgrade to bring new life to a aging system, There are TONS of 1st Gen LGA775 Based systems out there running Celeron's or the 95W TDP PresHOTT, So if your sitting there with a older LGA775 System and wanna give it some more life on the cheap this cpu is the best of the P4's out there.
