Overall Review: This workstation was delivered finally after what I call an extended delay from the vendor (-1 egg) the system itself I have no complaints over. Turned the machine on and boots without any problems into Windows 10, after a basic tweaking to the Windows notifications and telemetry system I ran the system on a 3 day burn-in. System ran like a champ with no modifications to the configuration. I removed the anemic video card for something with more kick, ATI FirePro V7900 I had sitting around.. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the machine, but just an experience with business workstations that have XEON processors is that itunes does NOT like to be installed. Every manufacture I have with a XEON fails to launch Bonjour and all the workarounds still does nothing to resolve the issue. Final thought, since I am the network admin for the company I work for I run a lot of specialty software and so far I have not ran into any problems or errors during the installation, even runs a custom program for agriculture that has been patch worked for 10+ years. So I would say that this refurb is well worth the money and I would buy again without hesitation.

Pros: First drive purchased a year ago, works great

Cons: NEW drive arrived last week, tried to build new system with raid using second drive, DOA, low beeping sound from drive, unable to build new system as I wanted.

Overall Review: Nice that my system was able to boot with original drive, made upgrade painless accept for this, should have known better.

Pros: Easy configuration.Future proof for Intel gen11/12.PCIe 4.0Asrock performance.

Cons: I would think that since the board recognizes the Intel core i5 10400f that it auto disable onboard video, easy fix though.Nothing else.

Overall Review: This is my second AsRock board, last build was a z87 Fatality, what a difference this board makes.I debated between buying the newer 11th gen Intel i5 but did not like any of the reviews coming out. Since I do not overclock my boards the i5 10400f was perfect choice for me.Bios configuration is full featured to say the least. Personally I am only using the XMP profile option for the ram, fan configuration, nvme boot disk and RGB functions. So, once again I state this board is future proof for 11th and maybe 12th gen Intel CPU's.I will continue to buy and support AsRock boards for many years to come, price point and options compared to others makes them a clear winning choice.

Pros: Newegg, good job getting the item to me in record time, was sitting in shippers warehouse for 2 days before delivery, but got here as scheduled.

Cons: I will get straight to the point, I am not able to provide review based on performance of product, but rather on the quality of product provided. Very disappointing on the delivery of this product, the condition of the item should have NEVER left the manufacture facility. 3 of 6 heat pipes have been improperly capped, there are sharp jagged edges and show that NO quality controls where in place when packaged.

Overall Review: Since newegg has the duty to package this item for shipping to customers they are 30% responsible for my displeasure, the rest falls solely on the part of Arctic Cooling and the manufacturing of this item. In my opinion, the item should be replaced at the expense of the manufacture, with new item sent expeditiously, with pre-paid return packaging. If I could upload a picture for all to see, I believe everyone would agree that this was bad QC.
