Pros: Cheap, Decently Built, Quiet, Decent Customer Service, Comprehensive installation guide and software CD.

Cons: Does not work with Windows 7.

Overall Review: I used this device with Windows 7, and it didn't work. However, my rig does not have room for the PCIe eSATA card, so I used a usb/eSATA bridge, so I cannot say whether it would work with that. I did plug it into one of my linux boxes (with the adapter) and it ran perfectly fine.
