Pros: Wasn't able to really put this through it's paces as the drivers and software don't work.

Cons: Drivers didn't work properly Installation of drivers and software is a weird process which in the end seemed to kind of install the driver but not the Nahimic software Weirdly it says to uninstall the card and reinstall to complete the process. Having tried to install the drivers close to a dozen times, it made no difference whether you do or don't, the same errors still come up.

Overall Review: I've heard good things regarding the quality of the sound but unfortunately not with my own ears. The drivers and software don't install properly. The best I managed to get was a soundcard that would only play sound from browsers and games. This means things like spotify, VLC players, various desktop and app menu sounds simply wouldn't play. What's more everytime I boot up I get an error box regarding the card. A sound card at this price should not have these kind of installation problems. This will be returned and I will try the ASUS Essence STX II instead.
