Pros: Product is as was described and exactly what we wanted

Cons: No issues with the product However, the service from Purolator was atrocious and while the Newegg customer service people were all excellent, Purolator remained useless and uncaring

Overall Review: Certainly recommend the product but try not to use Purolator and hopefully Newegg will not use them going forward.
