Pros: I just got this yesterday. I installed all the software on one machine and some of the software on two others. I have it LAN (wired) attached. It is really fast and the quality is very good for the price. I have already printed a couple hundred pages.

Cons: None so far, unless the beep after printing can't be turned off.

Overall Review: I have only faxed one page so far. It also beeps after each job prints. I may have to see if that can be turned off.

Pros: It it worked, it would have been a good value for the price.

Cons: It would not enter bios. Returned for RMA and received refund.

Overall Review: Easy Newegg RMA process.

Pros: It prints nice and has a small foot print. The software install downloaded current updates. If you just want to install the printing drivers, you need to select the optional/custom install.

Cons: I forgot to turn off the auto answer for the fax and gave someone an earful. It would be nice if that was turned off by default.

Overall Review: I would recommend this multi function printer.

Pros: The are easy to install and the leave enough room for air flow in my case.

Cons: None.

Pros: Purchased to use in external USB 3.1 Gen 2 enclosure. It is fast and works well.

Pros: They work well and the support is good. I thought all 3 didn't work. After contacting the vendor, it turns out I had one bad cable. It did take me a while to get to testing them all in a fashion that actually determined that, but the vendor's support person stuck with me the whole time via email. They eventually sent me a whole new unit and not just the cable at no cost to me. It has been a while since I have worked with a technology company with that quality support.

Cons: I bought 3 and one was bad. I thought about taking one star away for that, but the support was so good, I added it back.

Overall Review: I was originally just going to toss all three and eat the loss. I am glad I didn't as the support was surprisingly good for such a low cost item.
