Pros: Cheap. I bought two and have only been using the first one for our Wii (but had problems - see below). Has worked okay after crashing twice in the Wii and reformatting on the PC to 1.48GB (75% of spec capacity).
Cons: Bought this for the Wii we got a few months before Christmas so it didn't get used until then. After about a month and very little usage, tried to copy some files on the Wii to the SD card. It copied some then said the card was unusable. Reformated the card and put it back in. Seemed to be okay until I tried copying some files a month later. Worked for some files then crashed. PC will only let me format it to 1.48GB now.
Overall Review: I bought two so hopefully the second one will work better. I can't trust the first one, though, for anything besides sneakernet use since I wouldn't want it to die in our camera and it obviously won't work in our Wii. Since I bought it months before Christmas, I'm outside of the 90 day window to return it so I'm trying to make the best of a semi-functional card.
Missing parts and getting the run around
Pros: The unit looks like it would be nice (solid pieces, design, etc).
Cons: The provided mounting bolts are too short or too long for my monitor so I had to buy my own. Missing parts so I cant finish assembling. Emailed support and was told because I got it from NewEgg someone else would have to help me. The email wasnt clear so I asked if this other entity would contact me or I had to contact them. No response. I emailed the other company/vendor/whomever but no response. All I asked for was (1) the set screw I needed and (2) all the dimensional specs of the set screw so I could try and locate a part on my own. Still waiting for a response from the other company (email@example.com). Based on this, I would put non-existent customer support as another con.
Overall Review: Could be nice if all the parts were provided. Right now I can only use one monitor arm.
