A great card for pure white build.
Pros: - Budget for value (when it on sale). - Great build quality. - Aesthetically beautiful and pleasant. - RGB is brillant done and matching the design aspects. - It's a waifu card doing right.
Cons: - Cooler performance is on par with EVGA XC3 or MSI ventus Gigabyte Vision, so just bare minimal to cool a 6800XT / 3080 level. - Warranty could be problematic than other major brand.
Overall Review: If you only ready GN's review and teardown on the same waifu, that review might not fully communicate the strength of this card. For one thing this card is primarily focus on people willing to build a theme focused setup instead of pursuit pure performance, and on a budget. If money is not a issue, just go for Asus strix white version, for 50% more cost, it also gives you a great white card with great performance. As for this card in review, it's price even lower than Gigabyte Vision and Msi ventus, thus very affordable. I'm using it with Sama im 02 case, the RGB strip shines in such setup, it's fully around the side of card and fully expose the designs of subtle white background with pink sakura.
Very good for desktop
Pros: Beautiful on vertical stand Good support for 2.7 slots card CPU side have adequate breath room Build quality is excellent
Cons: No white build Mesh is not good for side view PCIE 3.0 riser Hard to build and disassemble
Overall Review: I have high hopes for this, but GPU is hard to cool given the design of the modern GPU suffers from hanging top side down. The build quality is great.
Nice design but suffers to cool down high end components
Pros: Beautiful on vertical stand Good support for 2.7 slots card Looks beautiful on stand Build quality is excellent
Cons: TG glass keep GPU suffocate from no air PCIE 3.0 riser Hard to build and disassemble
Overall Review: I have high hopes for this, but the cooling efficiency is very limited: You must use 120mm AIO which is hard to find a fitting one. The one I'm using is Hydro Series™ H60 (2018) 120mm Liquid CPU Cooler. The pcie riser is 3.0 only and very hard to fit when install the card.
Pros: Quiet and offer similar performance of 5600X Quite affordable, got one for $99 Huge performance uplift from 3700X in games, especially in low 1% fps No difference in games than 5900X I had before. 65w standard or 108w in PBO boost, very easy to cool. Came with a simple cooler
Overall Review: I first upgrade from 3700x to 5900x. I found the game I play is a great update in fps but the thermal is beyond what I'd like. it keep circle around 100-110w in games even not very optimized for multithreading like WWZ and Halo infinity. It's a big jump in thermal and power consumption compare to my old 3700x. I then found this deal of $99 and give it a try. surprised to found it's actually toe to toe with my 5900x in all the games I play: wwz, sc2, halo infinity, given my current rig is game only, I have no use of those extra cores. The power consumption in game like wwz and halo reduced from 5900x's 110w to 60w and temp dropped from 85c to 70c. So I keep this gem and sold my 5900x to a friend.
