Cons: Malfunctioned from the beginning. Diagnostics never saw a problem, but noise and delays and crashes nonetheless.

Overall Review: Came with a K53E laptop so I couldn't get service. Threw it out and replaced it.

Pros: Worked well while it worked.

Cons: Failed. Unrecoverable.

Overall Review: Don't trust anything from Seagate, their quality control is terrible (I used to work for them, it is not a priority anymore). Samsung used to be good, but since Seagate bought it it can't be trusted either.

Pros: Cheap, Fast when it works.

Cons: Unstable. Range unreliable. Crashes often. Ports incompatible with certain devices (like my LG TV).

Overall Review: It's not worth the frustration, even at the bargain price I got it at. Bad firmware problems.
