Excellent Hybrid SSHD to speed up an older, Legacy system!

Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST1000DX002
Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST1000DX002

Pros: Certainly speeds up data transfer through legacy SATA II /3Gbs drive train, especially for booting and commonly used files/drivers. Quiet and runs cool.

Cons: Not really to much of a Con, but certainly pricier than a standard 1Gb 7200 RPM HD.

Overall Review: Rebuilding/upgrading an older legacy system, and selected this drive to assist in speeding up data transfer through legacy SATA II /3Gbs drive train. After re-booting WIN 10 several times, you begin to notice a decrease in boot times as the 8 Gb of NAND successfully caches most of the required boot files.

G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3 2133 F3-2133C9D-16GXH from Sameed's Marketplace

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH

Pros: These are G.Skill Factory OEM sticks from 2015!. These sticks work, however, NOT at advertised Clock. At 2133Mhz, they run at Clock 10-12-12-31 CR2

Cons: Item was falsely/Not accurately advertised as G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH Clock 9-11-11-31. The problem is the Clock is advertised as 9-11-11-31 at 2133MHZ. However, clock 9-11-11-31 is the SPD default clock for 1866MHZ. There is NO SPD entry for 2133 MHZ at Clock 9-11-11-31. The SPD default clock for 2133 is 10-12-12-31 CR2. Funny thing is, the OEM label says 2133C9D. Even the SPD Header identifies as such. But, there is NO Clock 9 entry in the SPD chip for 2133Mhz!

Overall Review: Do not recommend this Seller; "Sameed's Marketplace". These are factory "C" or "D" bin rejects for faulty clock settings in the SPD chip. There are 2 XMP profiles on the SPD chip: XMP Profile #0 DDR-2134 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Enthusiast), and XMP Profile #1 DDR3-2133 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Extreme). However, XMP Profile #1 is Supposed to be CR 1N NOT CR 2N. Several DDR Memory SPD readers are confused about this. Some identify as CR2 and others identify as CR1. However, on my MOBO it defaults to CR2. I have manually changed the Memory timing to CR1 in the BIOS, and they work fine at 2133 10-12-12-31 CR1 (Other memory timing settings to AUTO).

Good, reasonably Fast NVME SSD.

Western Digital Blue SN570 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS500G3B0C

Pros: Pretty fast for a WD Blue NVMe SSD. Sale price also made it an attractive buy.

Cons: I wish All the NVMe Mfrs would supply the mounting screw with their products.

Overall Review: Definitely would recommend this product. Good price to performance ratio.

Good, reasonably priced, 2 port SATA III PCIeX1 AOC. However, there are cheaper SATA PCIE AOC cards out there.

Corn Electronics 2 Port SATA III PCI-Express x1 Converter Adapter Card
Corn Electronics 2 Port SATA III PCI-Express x1 Converter Adapter Card

Pros: - Works OK for PCIE x1 Ver 1.1 or 2.0

Cons: - Driver Not included nor SATA cable. WIN 10 Does Not/Would Not auto install driver. Win 10 identifies as an unknown/unidentified device. Had to find a generic Asmedia 1061 driver on the internet.

Overall Review: Corn Electronics Should/Needs to include a driver and a SATA III cable with this AOC.

Good product, however. There are no Apps or software to support Chromebook/Android.

Pioneer USB 3.0 Slim Portable BD/DVD/CD Burner Model BDR-XD07UHD
Pioneer USB 3.0 Slim Portable BD/DVD/CD Burner Model BDR-XD07UHD

Pros: Plugged into/setup Cyberlink SW (SW Not included with unit (only Key Code). SW must be download from Web) on desktop PC and works fine with BD discs. However, have not yet attempted to burn any discs yet. I can plug it in to my Chromebook and download/use free Media player software from the Play store, to support DVD media Discs, but NOT Blue Ray Discs/Media.

Cons: The Free Cyberlink software code provided is for an Older (Very old now) version of the Cyberlink media suite. I originally purchased this unit to plug into my Chromebook, however I obviously had not done my homework. This Portable BD unit with included Cyberlink SW Key/Code does NOT support Chromebook/Android.

Overall Review: I definitely would recommend this BD player for WIN PC/Laptops. It is one of the best/most highly rated Portable Blue Ray Disc Players out there. Is there any BD unit that has supporting Chromebook/Android Software Support/Apps out there?

Excellent NVME SSD!

SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 500GB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V7S500B/AM
SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2 2280 500GB PCIe Gen 3.0 x4, NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-bit MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) MZ-V7S500B/AM

Pros: Super fast for a PCIE 3 X 4. One of the fastest write speeds of any 3 X 4 NVME SSD.

Cons: Does not have default Mfr's Over Provisioning set. Recommend setting-up OP to about 5 percent. Also, it runs hot during extended Read/Writes 55-63C (Installing WIN 11 Updates!). I don't know why Samsung did not provide Heatsinks with these HYPER Pcie 3 SSD's?

Overall Review: Definitely recommend this product

This is the second time that I have received an item "Not as Advertised" from this Seller

Would not recommend this Seller. Item was falsely/Not accurately advertised as G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH. The problem is the Clock is advertised as 9-11-10-28 at 2133MHZ. However, clock 9-11-10-28 is the SPD default clock for 1333MHZ. There is NO SPD entry for 2133 MHZ at Clock 9-11-10-28. The SPD XMP clock for 2133 is 10-12-12-31. These are factory "C" or "D" bin rejects for faulty clock settings in the SPD chip. There are 2 XMP profiles on the SPD chip: XMP Profile #0 DDR-2134 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Enthusiast), and XMP Profile #1 DDR3-2133 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V. However, XMP Profile #1 is Supposed to be CR 1N NOT 2N. Several DDR Memory SPD readers confirm this.
