Excellent Hybrid SSHD to speed up an older, Legacy system!

Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST1000DX002
Seagate FireCuda Gaming SSHD 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive ST1000DX002

Pros: Certainly speeds up data transfer through legacy SATA II /3Gbs drive train, especially for booting and commonly used files/drivers. Quiet and runs cool.

Cons: Not really to much of a Con, but certainly pricier than a standard 1Gb 7200 RPM HD.

Overall Review: Rebuilding/upgrading an older legacy system, and selected this drive to assist in speeding up data transfer through legacy SATA II /3Gbs drive train. After re-booting WIN 10 several times, you begin to notice a decrease in boot times as the 8 Gb of NAND successfully caches most of the required boot files.

Nice Concept1 But Poor Implementation

Thermaltake Core P3 TG Pro Snow Snow SPCC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Thermaltake Core P3 TG Pro Snow Snow SPCC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

Pros: - Nice Concept/idea for a build it yourself and customize your own case. - Finish of Panels and main components is good

Cons: - No Assembly instructions! Simply a booklet with exploded parts / components Pics. - Included Hardware parts bag(s) ( Screws and Standoffs) is Garbage/Below Standard. Half of the Standoffs will Not accept any of the screws provided. Not even the screws assigned that are supposed to fit!?

Overall Review: Thermaltake needs to do a little more engineering design improvements to this Case Model for Sure! I Guess maybe that's why it went on Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale for almost 45% off!? If it wasn't for the lack of assembly Instructions and Garbage Parts/H\W Screws and standoffs provided, I would have very likely given this product at least a 4 1/2!?

Inconsistent connectivity performance at PCIe Gen 4 with Radeon Video Card

GLOTRENDS PCIe 4.0 X16 Riser Cable, Compatible with PCIE GEN 4.0 GPU, Such as RTX4090-RTX3060, RX7900, RX6950XT-RX6500XT, etc
GLOTRENDS PCIe 4.0 X16 Riser Cable, Compatible with PCIE GEN 4.0 GPU, Such as RTX4090-RTX3060, RX7900, RX6950XT-RX6500XT, etc

Pros: Works great at PCIe Gen 3, no troubles. Looks like a great, well constructed PCIe Riser Cable.

Cons: Inconsistent connectivity performance at PCIe Gen 4. Sometimes when power-on/booting computer I get the dreaded 1 Long beep and 4 short beeps BIOS VGA error! Sometimes will boot normally, however mouse performance is very erratic! Which is normally an indication of VGA issues? I may have had 2 or 3 system boot-ups where all "appeared" normal, without any immediate identifiable issues, and VG utilities indicated running at PCIe 16 X Gen 4 connection. However, think that the female output end of the PCIE connector may Not be very well shielded?

Overall Review: This cable was installed on an ASUS ROG STRIX B550 Gaming-F WiFi-II MOBO, interconnecting an Asrock Radeon RX 7600 Steel Legend VGA card. With Card inserted into MOBO X16 Gen 4 slot, very good performance and No issues. However, further research would seem to indicate that many Radeon Video cards have issues with anything less than a Premium PCIe Gen 4 Riser cable?

Corsair ML120 PRO LED CO-9050043-WW Blue LED 120mm Premium Magnetic Levitation PWM Fan

Pros: Pretty LED Lighting

Cons: - Noisy! Fan Balance is off, so it is noisy Hums/Buzzes and vibrates slightly.

Overall Review: Do not recommend. However, purchased on sale for about 25% off, but still Not worth it.

Good, reasonably Fast NVME SSD.

Western Digital WD Blue SN570 NVMe M.2 2280 500GB PCI-Express 3.0 x4 TLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) WDS500G3B0C

Pros: Pretty fast for a WD Blue NVMe SSD. Sale price also made it an attractive buy.

Cons: I wish All the NVMe Mfrs would supply the mounting screw with their products.

Overall Review: Definitely would recommend this product. Good price to performance ratio.

G.SKILL RipjawsX DDR3 2133 F3-2133C9D-16GXH from Sameed's Marketplace

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH

Pros: These are G.Skill Factory OEM sticks from 2015!. These sticks work, however, NOT at advertised Clock. At 2133Mhz, they run at Clock 10-12-12-31 CR2

Cons: Item was falsely/Not accurately advertised as G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH Clock 9-11-11-31. The problem is the Clock is advertised as 9-11-11-31 at 2133MHZ. However, clock 9-11-11-31 is the SPD default clock for 1866MHZ. There is NO SPD entry for 2133 MHZ at Clock 9-11-11-31. The SPD default clock for 2133 is 10-12-12-31 CR2. Funny thing is, the OEM label says 2133C9D. Even the SPD Header identifies as such. But, there is NO Clock 9 entry in the SPD chip for 2133Mhz!

Overall Review: Do not recommend this Seller; "Sameed's Marketplace". These are factory "C" or "D" bin rejects for faulty clock settings in the SPD chip. There are 2 XMP profiles on the SPD chip: XMP Profile #0 DDR-2134 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Enthusiast), and XMP Profile #1 DDR3-2133 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Extreme). However, XMP Profile #1 is Supposed to be CR 1N NOT CR 2N. Several DDR Memory SPD readers are confused about this. Some identify as CR2 and others identify as CR1. However, on my MOBO it defaults to CR2. I have manually changed the Memory timing to CR1 in the BIOS, and they work fine at 2133 10-12-12-31 CR1 (Other memory timing settings to AUTO).

Not a bad, cute little case for girls

Cute little case. However, flimsy thin steel construction. Finish is nice, Decals were intact and not damaged. However, paint seems to be very hard/brittle and paint/decals would scratch or chip easily. Internal Case volume is very small, even though it would fit a full ATX motherboard. Very tight / little inside space / backside of case. Not much room between PWR Supply cable connections and Hard Drive Cage. I think I gave it a fair rating of 4. But wish that inside / side volume of case were a bit better.

Good, have ordered from them before with good results.

The only issue is that these G.Skill Ram sticks are only Single Ranked, even though they are double sided. I wish RAM manufactures and Retailers would advertise this Technical detail. This G.Skill RAM works as advertised. It is pretty fast, even though it is only Single Rank.

This is the second time that I have received an item "Not as Advertised" from this Seller

Would not recommend this Seller. Item was falsely/Not accurately advertised as G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000) Desktop Memory Model F3-2133C9D-16GXH. The problem is the Clock is advertised as 9-11-10-28 at 2133MHZ. However, clock 9-11-10-28 is the SPD default clock for 1333MHZ. There is NO SPD entry for 2133 MHZ at Clock 9-11-10-28. The SPD XMP clock for 2133 is 10-12-12-31. These are factory "C" or "D" bin rejects for faulty clock settings in the SPD chip. There are 2 XMP profiles on the SPD chip: XMP Profile #0 DDR-2134 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V (Enthusiast), and XMP Profile #1 DDR3-2133 10-12-12-31-2N-1.60V. However, XMP Profile #1 is Supposed to be CR 1N NOT 2N. Several DDR Memory SPD readers confirm this.
