Cons: I was able to boot in the USB3 key provided in the box but was always crashing at 52% installation with error code "File corrupted"... I had to get another USB key and go to Microsoft website to do a windows 10 boot key with it.. then tried it with CD key from the product I bought.. guess what ! worked flawlessly.

Pros: - Small, can be mounted anywhere - Got 3 Vardar 3,000 RPM PWM from EKWB fan attached to this Hub and it work wonderful. They draw I believe 0.47 Amp each..
