Pros: Super small, low power draw (pulls directly from the MoBo, can play most triple A games at med-high at a stable 60fps

Cons: Only issue Ive had is it has a fit when you flip back and forth between a full screen game and desktop/different window which causes a blue screen. This only happens when you do it frequently and cause a aspect ratio shift.

Overall Review: Overall its a fantastic card, it does everything I need it to and more, only one issue and that issue is incredibly situational and can be avoided entirely by not having a tv as one of your monitors. It uses very little power and fan is quiet and turns on only when needed. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a slightly over middle of the road card and are not confident in installation skills.
