Pros: Just installed this on my Macbook Pro and so far it performs perfectly. Extremely quite and no noticeable difference in power consumption. I upgraded from a 100GB 7200rpm drive and I dont notice the speed difference.

Overall Review: This is a great deal at the price point.

Cons: Doesnt work with a AGP G5.... I bought this because my X800XT fan died and when I recieved it. I installed it then went to install it in the system. Well the plate on the bottom of the heatsink kit conflicts with the case. So with a pair of pliers I removed the bottom plate... Dumb move but it still works great.
