Pros: - Put together quite well, cable management is decent- Came with a better PSU than advertised, 700w instead of 650w- Lucked out with the gpu, I got the 3060 ti Strix card
Cons: - Cheap motherboard, ram, psu, cooler and case but it is to be expected for the most part- Front usb header was jammed against the gpu do to it being so fat. Luckily it didn't get damaged- Pc runs hot, could use more fans. Only 1 intake and 1 exhaust come with- motherboard only has 2 fan headers. Had to buy a hub in order to add more fans- Cheap mouse and keyboard included. Keyboard had keys that wouldn't work then completely died after about 20 minutes of use
Overall Review: Overall I would say this was better than I expected, the build quality is good other than a few minor things that can't really be helped with the parts used. Windows wasn't activated but following there instructions it wasn't hard to get activated.
Pros: -Very nice design
-Very solidly built card
-It just looks and feels a step above the rest of the 3080 cards
Overall Review: This is a great card. I have been able to test a number of 3080's and this is the best of the bunch. Performance wise it is about the same as the FTW3 Ultra but the Strix looks much better and feels more premium in my opinion.
Pros: -Overclocks very well but this will depend on your silicon lottery luck
-Runs pretty cool, for the most part
-Nice looking card
Cons: -No dual bios
-VRM cooling isn't very good
Overall Review: -Seeing as how difficult it is to find these cards I would recommend this card. It is a good card just not quite as good as the Strix, Tuf or EVGA FTW cards.
Pros: -Very cool
-Great overclocker in my case +245 core, +925 memory
-Solid build quality
-No over the top RGB
Cons: -No over the top RGB?
Overall Review: This is a beast of a card that overclocked higher than two 3080 FTW3 cards that I had. It also ran much cooler and quieter than the EVGA cards.
Pros: Pretty quiet, overclocks quite well (+185 core, +880 memory) runs basically everything at max without any issues. EVGA has a bios upgrade to increase the max power limit to 450w
Cons: Not the coolest card out there, I had a Tuf 3090 that overclocked more and ran cooler and quieter than this card. Not the best looking card around with the red accents etc.
Overall Review: It does what it is supposed to and it does it well. Clocks and temperature will vary card to card. I had another ftw3 Ultra and it would only overclock to +125 core but at the same clocks as mine it ran 5° cooler in benchmarks.
Pros: -Keeps my overclocked 9900k decently cool. Mid 30's idle, mid 80's stress testing
-not loud unless you are running your fans on max
-works well with RGB Fusion. I wired directly to the motherboard and skipped using the controller
-Quiet pump, can't hear it. At all.
Cons: -can be tricky to install with all the wiring if you are not used to installing similar products
Overall Review: I have had two of these and did not find either of them loud. One was on a 5ghz 8700k and the one I have now is on a 5ghz 9900k, they kept temps in check quite well.
Pros: Vrm’s go over 120c when stress testing, not good. The gigabyte software is terrible. The software that controls the Rgb’s is very bad. Colours will randomly change or not light up at all. The SIV fan controller does not work well at all.
Cons: Vrm temperatures
Rgb lights could be implemented better
Pros: -Cools well
Cons: -pump is loud, I am guessing that is why it was refurbished. Not sure how Corsair missed it when it was tested??
-No documentation, install instructions came in the box
Overall Review: Will have to see about a RMA I guess. Which means my computer will be down for a few weeks while I ship this one back and wait for the new one to get here.
I have bought many open box and refurbished items on Newegg, this is the first I have had a problem with.
Pros: Nice led's
Cons: I used these to replace the stock loud fans on my H100i V2 cpu cooler. They worked well for a short while but now when my fans get around 80% they make a loud non stop clicking noise.
Overall Review: Very dissapointed!
Pros: RGB and effects are nice
Cons: Space bar is not the same as the one pictured. The one I received does not hat the slot to allow the light to pass through.
Noticeable wear on the wrist rest
Overall Review: If I were to buy it again I would probably pass on the refurbished board and buy new
Pros: Nice case, easy to get into and get at everything inside. Good value for the price!
Pros: Very nice psu for the price.
Pros: Pretty nice CPU. Easy to overclock. Runs at 4.3 stable with no increase in voltage.
Cons: None at this time
Pros: Pretty nice board, alot of features for the price.
Cons: Coudn't get my Ripjaws z 2400 ram to run stable at 2400. Not sure if this is a motherboard issue or an issue with the ram.
Pros: Nice looking Ram, high speed.
Cons: Would not run at 2400 in my system. Not sure if its because of the ram or the motherboard which is a biostar TZ77XE3. When I bought the mobo this was the ram Newegg recomended to go with it so I was hoping it would run at the advertised speed.
Pros: Nice looking, cheap
Cons: Worked for about a minute the shut off. Constantly turns on and off. Components overheating possibly?
Save your money, with the price of return shipping ($42) plus original price could have just bought a better monitor
Overall Review: IF yours works out of the box then its a good deal. If you have to RMA it and pay for return shipping like I did then not so much.
Pros: Very nice board. Nice bios, easy to use and o/c. This is my first foxconn product and I must say I am impressed.
Cons: None so far.
Overall Review: Someone on here said this board will not run Kingston hyperx memory at 1066. I have this memory in this board running at over 1100 with ZERO errors in memtest86.
Cons: Would not run at advertised 1066 speeds without errors and more errors. Even running at 800 I was getting errors in memtest86.
Overall Review: Replaced with kingston hyperx T1 memory and have it running at 1110 with zero errors.
