Large Drive- Not so reliable
Pros: Large drive, despite that it will fit in a mac book pro 17"- WD's RMA service is also quite snappy.
Cons: Died around 6 months of use- started going really slow then failed WD diagnostics when I ran them. That is not to detract from the fact that WD did stand behind their product (as always) and send me a new drive through their RMA service. (Now on the shelf for a mini-itx computer)
Overall Review: I would suggest you used a black label WD product for any laptop they seem to fail a lot less than the blue label products. They (Black Label) also have integrated accelerometers to park the heads under motion.... something any laptop drive should have.... period. (I dont think this drive was taking park commands form apples S.M.S.- could very well be what killed the drive with the abuse my mac gets)
Best Keyboard Ever
Pros: Great design, black metal construction and physical keys with a nice even backlighting.
Cons: None that I could even think of....
Overall Review: This is a great product- I have bought several of these for our heavy office typers (Thats right.... not gaming). Not only does it look nice on an executive desk, because you can turn off the backlighting... It is like a dream to type on. If you want a sharp looking keyboard that has a great feel this is your unit.
Its a cheap case, if that is what you want.
Pros: It looks sharp, nice black angles and a well done plastic front cover
Cons: Super thin metal (again its cheap) and the powdercoat was in the threads on my unit so I had to torque through it to get my motherboard standoffs installed.
Overall Review: I would totally buy this case again, its a great little cheap case- just dont be expecting it to feel sturdy or strong.
Pros: Price for Specs, simple heat spreader design.
Cons: Despite having proper CAS/Voltage/Frequency and Density for my motherboard this memory would not work. I would normally just toss this up to a complaint about the motherboard, but some other memory with the same specs worked just fine. (And there is another reviewer who also had odd compatibility problems) I just shipped this back to newegg for a refund.
Overall Review: May be great memory, not sure who is at fault here- but I don't care to figure it out when I can just easily order another brand.
