Not bad, not bad at all

Acer Laptop Aspire AMD Athlon II Neo K325 3GB Memory 250GB HDD ATI Radeon HD 4225 11.6" Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit AS1551-4755

Pros: It does what I need, and it does it well. Screen is perfect as well as keyboard. It has has enough "juice" to put most of netbooks to shame. Battery last long enough for my needs, 4+ hours with wi-fi on. And it plays HD movies on TV flawlessly. BD-remux of Avatar with no frame drops at all.

Cons: The touchpad surface is somewhat unusual. Battery is big disappointment in mater of charging time, 3+ hours to charge completely.

Overall Review: I am totally satisfied with this machine, it is smaller than my previous notebook, yet fells as powerful. The only difference is that my old Toshiba recharged its battery in one hour, not three. Make sure to remove McAfee as soon as possible, because it slows down the whole system.

Its OK

GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card GV-N560UD-1G
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 SLI Support Graphics Card GV-N560UD-1G

Pros: It is video card, does what it supposed to do. Didn't have much problems with it. It plays ALL the games.

Cons: This card replaced perfectly good Sapphire HD6950 2GB, so after some time I realized this was actually a DOWNGRADE. While not drastically slower, the lack of vram is seen at 1080p clearly. This card also overclocks poorly at all and tiny whistle can be heard under the load.

Overall Review: After being in "red" camp for over 4 years I decided to give nvidia a chance, to try all those physix and cuda. Not to say that it was overall bad experience, but the aftertaste is bitter. So far there are no games that would require a card more powerful than this, thus it stays.

Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0
Cooler Master HAF 912 - Mid Tower Computer Case with High Airflow, Supporting up to Six 120mm Fans and USB 3.0

Pros: It's the best case I ever had. Unlike other cases which shall remain nameless, this one doesn't bend every time I touch it. Motherboard tray doesn't bend either, whether it is CPU heat sink installation or ram upgrade. The dust collectors work perfectly and paint job is well done. I can't think of any reason why should I bother with >$100 cases, because this one is sufficient for all my needs.

Cons: Can't think of any

Overall Review: Case is just as important component of your system as any other crucial part. It is also the one that you might not upgrade so often. So don't follow the same mistake I did, do not buy cheap, flimsy case; which can ruin your build. Rather add few more bucks and get yourself something that will last.
