Great Quality
Pros: Great quality New, not a refilled cartridge
Cons: None
Overall Review: As the sole IT employee in our business, I am responsible for keeping costs as low as possible while keeping users happy. I was getting refilled toner carts from a local company. They were more expensive and about 1 in 3 were defective or didn't last as long as a new, OEM cart. These print perfectly, are new, and last almost as long as the OEM TN450. I'd definitely recommend to anyone. I've ordered about 15 now, and order the TrueImage brand for all of our printers that TrueImage offers a compatible cartridge for.
Cheap, heavy duty business monitors
Pros: Great looking refurbs.
Cons: The look is a little "outdated" but i knew that going in.
Overall Review: They are in perfect shape (all 6 I ordered) but the design is ugly. They are built well and arrived well-packaged. I will buy more of these for our workstations.
Fantastic Deal - Updates to Win 10
Pros: Fast processor, great system with tons of room for expansion. Upgraded to Windows 10 Pro after the free upgrade period without issue. (and for free)
Cons: Comes with bloatware in the installed Win 7 Pro. Not a big deal for me, but it's something I've never seen out of a 3rd pty refurb.
Overall Review: For the price it can't be beat for a business workstation. Don't miss out.
Great Office Workstations
Pros: -Fast Processor -Low Price Point -Durable and "professional-looking" case -Windows 7 Pro, Upgrade-able to Windows 10 Pro -Minimal bloatware
Cons: -4GB RAM (upgradeable however) -Slow Harddrive and Partitioned in Half
Overall Review: These systems are a great value. I'd recommend adding Crucial 2x4GB ram ($30) and adding in an SSD and this PC becomes a beast for <$400. Using 4 in new office and users love them.
Quality Refurbished System
Pros: It looks brand new and works like new. Specs are accurate. For the price, it's a fantastic system for home or business. I really like the mouse and keyboard they bundled also. Usually the mouse/keyboard are throwaway with a refurb but the iMicro set included are well made and the client really liked them.
Cons: It was not free.
Overall Review: A new copy of Windows 8.1 is $99. For a little more, you can get a full featured system running Windows 10. It seems like a no-brainer to me.
Great Business Desktop
Pros: Mine was in great shape (some plastic had snapped out of place during shipping but was easily reseated) and it is as described. Other than that, I plugged up, set up, and was off. The user has had no complaints either. Also a FANTASTIC price point per performance and storage for office use.
Cons: None
Overall Review: A comment on refurbished PCs in general: I ALWAYS open up refurbs and check internals and reapply thermal paste to CPU/Heatsink. I've had refurb desktops and laptops alike that run hot and performance throttles due to insufficient or dried out thermal grease. This unit worked out of the box without this inspection. Before giving to the user, however, replaced the thermal grease.
