Does what I wanted

SAPPHIRE Radeon X1650PRO 512MB GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Graphics Card 100175L
SAPPHIRE Radeon X1650PRO 512MB GDDR2 AGP 4X/8X Graphics Card 100175L

Pros: Great price for a 512MB card. I bought this video card because after installing Windows Vista the Windows Experience Index for all components in my system were over 4 except my old video card. I wanted a new card that would let me use all of the bells and whistles that Vista has to offer. After installing this card my Windows Experience Index for Graphics went up to 4.3 and Gaming Graphics went up to 4.8. Now I can use all of the Windows Aero features and my system runs great.

Cons: None so far. I am not a big gamer so I cannot say how this card does with any high end games.

Western Digital Scorpio Blue WD3200BEVT 320GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Was cheap when I bought it. Worked great out of the box.

Cons: Only lasted 8 months.

Overall Review: I bought this to replace the drive in my son's Sony VAIO. I chose this drive because it was the same model that shipped with the Laptop when we bought it. The original drive lasted 16 months and the replacement only lasted 8 months so I am begining to think this drive not very durable.

New Life for an old PC

Overall Review: One of my neighbors asked me to look at his old Dell Dimension 4550 to see if I could get it working better. First thing I noticed was that it only had 256MB of RAM. I hopped on Newegg and found this Kingston memory and for under $40 including shipping I upgraded his Dell to 1 GB and wow, what a difference.
