Pros: After finding the SAS HDD with the hot swap frame I emailed seller requesting a change in the order. Mind you this was during a holiday week, yet they came through for me and delivered the product I requested in the exchange. Thank you

Cons: Seller did not verify they received my email, so I was left wondering if I would have to return the item, and order the correct item.

Overall Review: YES they came through for me and delivered the product.

never received item

Twice I contacted customer. Told it was shipped, and to give it 20 days. It is now a month later and still no item.
