Pros: First of all, it now comes with two screws! I read the previous review that mentions no screws included and was trying hard to find those M2X3mm screws. Apparently Plextor is listening to its customers, a good sign! Drive installed in a few minutes, but I have to go to disk manager to format it in order to see the drive. After that, I used Paragon migrate OS to SSD to transfer my OS. Super easy and it takes less than 10 minutes to finish the job. (Even drive letters were changed automatically so the SSD is the local C drive after running the program) I use CrystalDiskMark to measure the speed and it is pretty close to the specs. (>90% of the UP TO speeds claimed)

Cons: Does not come with any instruction, manual, or even a short guide (for upgrading firmware, using tools etc).

Pros: Low profile, Cheap, No fan design

Cons: Won't wake up monitor from sleep, The low profile bracket takes spaces of two slots.

Overall Review: I purchase this card just to have the DVI output for a big screen monitor. Have not actually test its performance. Just regular video playback via DVI, which works fine. I have to use ctr+alt+del everytime when I want to wake up the monitor from sleep mode. Very annoying. The low profile bracket is not well designed and makes one of your PCI slots unavailable.
