Pros: Easy to install without feeling like you're going to break something. Traveled the world and still holds together. Solid performance after 5 years.

Cons: Not really a con, but it collects a lot of dust. Duh. Clean it once in a while!

Overall Review: I would absolutely recommend this for how dang quiet it is. I've got it set for air intake at the back, sandwiched between two fans. All the hot air goes out a 140mm at the top, and I have never had any cpu overheating on my 8350FX since I added this in back in 2014. Before, overheating was a significant problem (stockcoolerlul). It comes with brackets for an AMD hook up and Intel, so if you feel like migrating manufacturer's one way or the other, you can bring this with you even if you swap out the board. Or you misplace your brackets and buy it again because you like it so much, and end up giving your old build to your wife. Traveled in a suitcase, and the SSD broke from being thrown through the airport, and this is still going, so that's saying something!

If you are set with the screens, then it's fast service and the screens are good. If you need to return them, good luck. I needed two screens after a move, and decided to reorder a good experience. I was contacted describing a 2 possibly 3+ week delay due to the manufacturer. Responded with a request to cancel the order - 3 days later I'm notified the item is being shipped. I contact and ask why the order wasn't cancelled, and for them to stop it if possible. Advised to refuse at the door if they don't catch it. It arrives 3 days later, and I do so. It then took calling several times every week for the RMA department to issue a partial refund a month later - meanwhile the ONLY communication is when I call and ask what the status is, of which the only response is "We'll tell them again". Was issued a restocking fee on an item that wasn't supposed to be delivered, and it's been another 3 weeks with no contact and no processing, still waiting on the $65 I was supposed to be refunded. Not a single email has been responded to, only acknowledged over the phone. The lack of communication is abysmal.

They contacted me to make sure I received the Arctic Silver thermal paste in good condition. I appreciate the gesture, and they got an extra 5 eggs for it. I'm sure if I ordered something more substantial it would also arrive in good condition.
