Better than stock
Pros: These cables offer a better looking aesthetics than the stock cables that come with the EVGA PSU's. Every cable needed is included. The construction quality is very nice.
Cons: I took one egg off because the quality of the sleeving is inconsistent. The build quality is nice and EVGA paid attention to a lot of details but they could have used a higher quality of sleeve. There are places in my set (I got the white cables) that are blackened and discolored.
Overall Review: Overall, I would recommenced this set of cables if you don't have the time or patience to sleeve them yourself and want a plug and play kit rather than bulky extensions.
Fast kit that didn't last
Pros: This kit is a fast kit of RAM. The ram is very nice looking on my white Asus X99 Deluxe.
Cons: One of the RAM modules died within two months. Currently my system is running in a 12gb configuration because I cant afford to lose my PC for a week to RMA (obviously didn't take an egg off for that.
Overall Review: The RAM was really nice while it lasted. I will update this review once I'm able to RMA and test it back at its full capacity.
Air movement
Pros: These fans move a ton of air. Sleeved cable for a tidy appearance. For my build the color was great.
Cons: 120mm mount holes..
Overall Review: I'm not the type of person to go nuts about fan noise while gaming and I was incredibly surprised with the amount of noise these make while I'm playing games. They are what I would call quiet. I'm an idiot and ordered the cpu cooler model and not the case fan model so they made a mess of my case fan setup, but that was my problem so I didn't remove an egg for it. The one egg removed was for the length of the cable. It seemed too short to reach around the back of my motherboard to tidy up the appearance so I had to run it across the top, luckily they look good.
Love this fan
Pros: Huge fan that can spin lower RPM and move a ton of air. The color is awesome and more green than other fans I've owned that were a yellow hue. I used the fan as front intake in a Prodigy case and it lowered temps inside my case drastically while supplying tons of fresh air for the rad at the top of the case and my video card.
Cons: Didn't have room for more than 1
Great Performance
Pros: Drive speeds were very fast and the promo NewEgg was running at the time made the drive a steal. The drive ran at 480 up and 450 down according to Magic Disk speed test.
Cons: Wasn't cheaper?
Overall Review: The price of SSD technology is making it very affordable to have good storage capacity and speeds at relatively low prices. Samsung has a great reputation and I was happy with the drive.
Initial Review
Pros: *Very attractive brushed aluminum look *Nice and light *Good layout for the simple build I did *Quiet case even with 6 system fans
Cons: The only con I have for this case is that it came with one motherboard standoff... I've only ever used Corsair cases and I use their products elsewhere as much as I can. They always included at least enough standoffs to get the PC built. Luckily my work was nice enough to spare some but this is a big deal since most of us don't have these things kicking around.
Overall Review: I wish I could have given this 3.5 for my initial score because the case is nice but not supplying enough parts to complete a build is a problem.
