Good headphones but left one doesn't work correctly

Pros: They will connect at the same time and they sound good and last a good amount of time

Cons: I haven't been able to get the headphones to connect one at a time . The left one will not work on it's own . I've tried several reset and pairing methods I've looked up and nothing works . I get something like " BB_PRO_LE_SLAVE" to come up but it ask for an app or passkey to pair and I haven't found a fix for that. If anyone has figured out a fix them please help me . Thank you for your time

Overall Review: Would be perfect 5 egg if I could use them one headphone at a time
