Pros: This was really easy to set up and get connected.
Cons: The connection provided by this device seems to be unstable, it frequently drops connection. The "Data" indicator light will randomly flash red a few times before switching back to green. For web browsing on a computer, this didn't seem to have much impact other than a page not loading and having to be refreshed once in awhile. But while watching a movie on Netflix, this resulted in video playback stopping every 20 minutes.
Overall Review: The primary reason I bought this is so that I would have a wired connection to my PS3 without running wires across the room, and this device has not lived up to expectations in that regard. While connected with an ethernet cable to this device, the Playstation reports a lost internet connection about once every twenty minutes. This lasts only 30-60 seconds before it is able to reconnect, but that is enough to make this unusable.
In conclusion, this is only good for situations that don't demand a constant internet connection because this will lose its connection frequently.
Pros: Modular is the way to go. Only use the cables you need. This greatly minimizes the clutter in my system and makes it easier to cable manage. Plus it lets me pick and choose which cables to use. This system came with extra cables, more than you can actually use at once. The details don't make it clear, but it actually comes with 4 SATA connectors (2 cables with 2 connectors on each cable). I haven't had any issues with this PSU so far, but it's been a few days.
Also, it's fairly quiet, I've definitely had louder PSUs.
Cons: Better instructions.
More SATA connectors
Overall Review: I noticed that the connection ports on this PSU are labeled differently, some explanation of which cords go to which port would be nice. They're pretty much assuming that you know enough to be able to identify the different connectors. I'm also wondering if there's really a difference in the connection ports, or if any cord can be plugged into any of the available ports. An answer to that question without risking damage to the unit would be nice, I suppose I should check the manufacturer's website.
I'm also wondering if I can somehow get more SATA connectors on this thing, that seems to be what I need most.
Final thoughts: This is a great PSU because it is affordable and modular. As long as you don't need more than 430W and 4 SATA connectors, you can't really go wrong.
Pros: This case is very spacious, everything fit in easily. It also comes with 3 fans which is very nice and they're pretty quiet. I appreciated the cable management options available, I was able to make the inside of my case look fairly organized. I have a tendency to not want to shell out big bucks for a case, so in this price range I was definitely satisfied. I also like the location of the power switch and front ports. This is an all around excellent case especially when you consider the low price.
Cons: 1) I found the motherboard standoffs difficult to get in straight.
2) The case ended up just an inch too tall to fit nicely under my desk, I probably should have measured first, but now I just wish I could remove those feet easily to make it fit.
Overall Review: This is definitely a great case for this price, I honestly don't know what the benefits are of those much pricier cases. This is perfect for my needs, plus it feels sturdy and looks great.
Pros: Great customer service! I had bought this product to use while working as a pizza delivery driver. I have to have my sign plugged into my car's cigarette lighter at night, and I wanted to be able to charge my phone at the same time. I think the sign tried to draw too much power from the device and blew it's fuse and it hasn't worked since.
I contacted MEElectronics directly about this and they offered to ship me a new one (first class!) without an argument.
Cons: The product did not work for the purpose I intended.
Overall Review: Just make sure what you plan on plugging into the extended cigarette lighter does not require more than 5V/1.2A, that is what the customer service agent said it supplies.
