Failed after 2 months. ASUS refuses to warranty1/8/2021 3:52:33 PM

Overall Review: Bought this as part of a complete system build several months ago. For the first 2 months, it worked flawlessly. Then all of a sudden I began to experience random crashing. After extensive troubleshooting, I determined that the graphics card was failing. I reached out to ASUS and obtained an RMA to ship my card back for repairs. A week and a half after receiving my graphics card, they stated that my card was not in warranty due to Customer Induced Damage. They provided a picture (which I have attached to this review) where they circled the damage. There appears to be a slight nick on the lock tab that most likely came from either inserting or removing the card. I have tried to dispute this determination but they are still coming back stating that they will not warranty my card. I had been an ASUS customer for years buying their motherboards exclusively when building new computers. I am not sure I will remain a customer with them any longer if they will refuse to properly warranty their products. I will also recommend to others that they steer clear of ASUS products in the future.
