Pros: Great feel when typing. The keyboard seems very durable and no problems after 15 months of use. Spilled a fruit shake on the arrow-keys and Ctrl, Shift keys. I quickly cleaned the keys with a moist cloth and turned the keyboard over to prevent further damage. The keys required a little more pressure to operate for awhile, but work perfectly now.
Cons: I wish the multimedia keys were separate - Rosewill has a more expensive model with that option, but there are several negative reviews, so I will stick with this.
Overall Review: Purchased on sale and may purchase another as a backup or for family.
Rosewill seems to be hit and miss.
I own the RKM-600 non-mechanical keyboard and would not recommend. I have also purchased Rosewill gaming mouse that quickly died.
Pros: Ummmm. Can't think of anything positive.
Cons: Too bright and the colors are washed out. I tried adjusting brightness, contrast, all their various preset modes, etc. but the screen was unusable. Gave it to my son for gaming. He does not need it for photo editing, so it does not matter to him that the colors are washed out, etc.
Overall Review: My first and last LG monitor. I use other LG electronics, but will never buy another LG monitor. Loving my ASUS monitor even more.
Pros: I have used iolo System Mechanic for a few years and it seems to do it's job well. It cleans out internet and temp sys files with ease. I like to be able to turn off programs that were automatically starting - and iolo gives you info on each program so you can decide if you need it or not.
Overall Review: I've also used AVG Tune-Up, but much prefer System Mechanic. Highly recommend.
Pros: Nice little computer while it worked... for two weeks.
Cons: After two weeks, stopped charging. Have sent it to Lenovo for repair. Even though it was only used for two weeks, they will not send a new unit. Note: We did not turn the computer on until 5 weeks after ordering the computer, so could not return it to Newegg under their 30-day return policy.
It only has 2 USB ports
Overall Review: I purchased another Lenovo 330 with a 15" screen at the same time. It is running fine for the 3 weeks I've used it. Hopefully it won't die like this one.
Pros: The 3 yellow ones I purchased a few years ago still work. The six blue drives I ordered are all DOA.
Cons: All six of my blue drives are DOA. "USB device not recognized" Will not purchase ADATA again.
Pros: I think it is blocking viruses.
Cons: Purchased to replace expired Kaspersky. Installed before removing Kaspersky. After install, my computer would run a couple of minutes as Trend Micro and Kaspersky would fight and then it would lock up. Could not un-install Kaspersky or Trend Micro. Restored my computer from a backup 1 week earlier. Uninstalled Kaspersky. Installed Trend Micro successfully. Tried installing on a third computer - says I have it installed on too many comps and will not run. Tried finding contact info on Trend Micro web page - could not find anything. This is my first and last time to buy Trend Micro. Will install something free - AVG or Avast, etc or go back to Kaspersky.
Pros: It's a PSU with active PFC. I have not yet installed to see if it works.
Cons: Bought Nov 29th. Newegg page had $20 rebate listed... However, after purchase, I went to the Corsair rebate site, where the rebate code did not exist. I am out $20. I would not have purchased the PSU at that price.
Overall Review: Before expecting a rebate from Corsair, make sure they are really offering one.
Pros: Great all-around printer. Great photos on Epson photo paper. Had some problems with dark colors on HP paper - not water proof. Easy double-sided printing. Easy to set up CISS using pigmented ink.
Cons: Printing a large quantity of envelopes is a major pain with the paper drawer - Print ~15 envelopes, pull out paper tray to insert more envelopes, print 15 more envelopes, repeat.
Overall Review: The Artisan 725 does not seem to use as much ink as previous Epson printers - savings bonus.
Pros: Plugged it in and it works. This is my 6th WD external HD. After 4 or 5 years of daily use, my 500GB WD died at the beginning of the year - the day before my Desktop HD got corrupted so I had to do a fresh install :(. I will be happy if this drive makes it through 4 years of daily backups.
Pros: Memory works.
Cons: Rebate not honored - $30 ($15 x 2) never to be seen again.
Pros: Worked well for about 5 months.
Cons: The USB mouse stopped responding. My wife bent over to check the USB connection when the PSU exploded - bright white flash followed by smoke.
The PSU exploded one month after the 1 year warranty. Fortunately, it appears no other components were damaged in the explosion. I am using another brand PSU now.
Overall Review: I live in a high humidity but very dusty city. Don't know if that effected performance of this Apevia PSU.
