Beautiful case, very minor setbacks...minus the side I/O

Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Gray Aluminum / Steel mATX/ MicroATX Tower
Phanteks Enthoo Evolv Gray Aluminum / Steel mATX/ MicroATX Tower

Pros: - Great looking case. If you want sleek and quality design that's minimalist this is it. - Love the swinging doors and that they can be removed. (Open to about 90 degrees, then pull up.) - Despite what I've heard, the case actually gets decent airflow, especially through the top where I thought it would be worst. - Dust filters on the bottom and top are sufficient, top not so much but it's my exhaust so no big deal. - 99% is tool-less design. In total there were only 4 screws I had to use a screwdriver with (Side mounted HDD area. I don't count the motherboard or PSU) - Switchable LED's are awesome, from what I've heard the green and red are dim but blue and white are fine. Don't think I'll ever switch from the blue. - Ample room for cable management in the back. The case is deep so it could've been deeper but still there is room to manage. - Pretty light despite all metal construction. (I'm a 900D super-tower case owner. After hauling that bad*** around for a couple years I guess anything feels light.)

Cons: - HDD mounts on the back of the motherboard tray only came with one mount. You can buy another but yeah...if you have slots for 2, why not just include that? - HDD space is fairly limited. 3x 2.5" and 2 3.5" HDD's are all you'll really have room to work with. Watch out for your PSU, unless it's modular it might not have enough room. - Not really a con, but would've liked to see 280mm radiator support in the front rather than just 240mm. (H115I things) - Side mounted power and USB 3.0. This has to be the worst part about this case.

Overall Review: I'm not sure what was going on when they thought it was a good idea to side-mount the ONLY front access USB, audio/headphone, and power and reset on the side. On top of that, it's the opposite of the side you want to showcase. Also, it's low so if your computer rests on the ground like mine then you'll be bending over every time you want to switch out USB's...which are the lowest, bottom-most portion of the case. Other than that issue this case is gorgeous. If you've ever held a MacBook this is what the aluminum feels like, just bring the color down about 2-3 shades and that's what you get. I couldn't help but just basically pet my case after putting everything together. The aluminum feels solid, not flimsy and the steel design helps reinforce it. There are some trade-offs, but not enough to stop me from buying it for the features it does get right which is everything else. Improvements - 280mm front radiator support - NON-side mounted Front I/O (please, please, please, please....please?) - Extra 2.5" bracket in the back - Just get rid of the 5.5" bay on the back. I feel it just looks pointless. If you really need a CD/DVD drive just get a USB 3.0 USB DVD drive. That will solve all your problems.

Awesome laptop, still have a stigma about Dell though....

Pros: - Laptop is rock solid, no flex, sturdy built, great build quality - Runs everything I throw at it on the highest settings - Despite being only 1080p Gsync makes the display absolutely gorgeous - Thought the LED bars were a bit much at first but I've grown to love them - Keyboard is nice and tactile, but will be a slight pain to clean later - Rear I/O is awesome but the minor setback being no USB 2.0/3.0 (only on sides) - Excellent storage. The M.2 SSD they used is nice and quick with plenty of storage for in demand games

Cons: - Bezel for the display is a bit large, wish they could've filled it with something / more - Palm rest area is a hand oil / fingerprint MAGNET, you can wash your hands and still leave prints on it - Charger is finniky (as per basically every dell that uses this type adapter... see other for details)

Overall Review: About 3 weeks into owning it I gave it some heavy use while out of town. At one point the charger decided to stop charging the laptop and displayed 'Plugged in, not charging' at a battery level of 48%. Figuring it was a weird Windows 10 thing (creator update just finished installing the previous restart) I restarted again and this time the BIOS popped up and told me I wasn't using an 'official' 280w Dell adapter and the laptop would refuse to charge. Another restart later fixed the problem but this isn't the first time I have seen this issue. It's happened on just about 1/3 Dell's I've seen. I can easily tell you this is going to happen again at some point in the near future, and eventually within 2 years it will completely die out. For spending $2,200 I would've hoped they fixed their AC adapter issues but even after 8+ years they still have yet to improve on this terrible design. UPDATE: 3/24/2018 - Hey guys, guess what?! The A/C adapter died. The plug lights up blue and as soon as you plug it into the laptop it dies out. Going to be contacting Dell about this and we'll see what they chalk it up to. Pulled my rating down from 3 stars to 2 stars because 'I told myself so'. There's also another issue that has yet to be solved. When the laptop goes into sleep mode sometimes the screen remains black, nothing will pull it out of sleep mode, and the laptop just seems to completely lock up. Only forcing a hard shutdown and starting it back up fixes it. The BIOS update Dell released does not fix the problem. Also, I find the Tobi Eye Tracking thing quite creepy so I turned that thing off.

Awesome monitor

ASUS ROG Swift 27" 1440P Gaming Monitor (PG279Q) - QHD (2560 x 1440), IPS, 165Hz (Supports 144Hz), G-SYNC, Eye Care, DisplayPort, Adjustable Ergonomic

Pros: - Great amount of screen space, minimal bezel - If not mounting on an arm the stand is still quite attractive - Brightness is all around the screen, no dim spots anywhere - Have 0 backlight bleeding - Controls and OSD are awesome and it gives you great control over every aspect of the display

Cons: - Absolutely nothing, this thing is a beast

Overall Review: This is the best monitor I've ever owned. I can't not recommend it enough.

Fits 3 monitors......if they were 90 degrees

Monitor Desk Mount Trpl Head
Monitor Desk Mount Trpl Head

Pros: Has a sturdy design. Fit together nicely, only had trouble with a minor part but a little elbow grease put it in place. Very clean look and the cable management through the arms is great.

Cons: Picked it up because it said fits three 13"-27" and figured, "Hell yes, a nicely affordable triple monitor mount!" Wrong. The only way this will fit even three 24" monitors is if you tilt two of them 90 degrees. It's a pretty bad mixup as well. Both arms would have to come out an extra 2" just to display the monitors straight across, another 4" to have them angled in, which is 99% what triple monitor mounts are used for. Now I'm stuck making cutting custom extensions for the VISA mounts to extend out another 4-5". I'm sure if you lived in a world where 4:3 monitors were popular then you'd have no problem, but this isn't that world anymore.

Great card

SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card 100352OCSR
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 7950 3GB GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 CrossFireX Support Video Card 100352OCSR

Pros: Best card I've owned so far, under full load runs at 54C and no hotter. Great overclocking card as well. Follows reference PCB design so you can put a waterblock on it with ease.

Cons: None so far. Wish the box came with two not just one :3
